Having body and leg aches gets old. Can use this standing or sitting. There are 10 minute vibration presets. Sitting on it while it moves/vibrates/shakes helps lower back and pain lower down. Sitting on a chair and placing feet on it while it does its thing helps with calf cramps. Standing while its moving helps overall cramps and aches. Very surprising. Whole family is using it now and ordering their own, too!

08/16/2024 I received my Flybird. I opened the package set it and plugged it in. I stood on it, turned it on, & it started vibrating. Immediately I looked at the timer and saw that the start button was not fully lit up as the other areas were fully lit. This tells me there is a defect. I am sending this back to get a replacement that fully lights up. I will then give another review once I receive the replacement.D Foster
