Firm cushioning, but a tad short
I used these to replace the pads on an old Bowflex Xtreme machine. They are firm, but that means they’ll probably last a long time. I thought they were going to extend from the center bar to the outer stops on the leg extension, but they are an inch or more too short (despite my measurements). I would recommend them, but be aware that they are too short for the specific application for which I bought them.

Dimensions are quite accurate
Nice sturdy foam. The length is more to 6.25 versus stated 6.4. And hole dimensions isn’t quite 0.75″ versus stated 20mm (0.79″) which makes a real snug fit to a 1″ weight bench pole. Otherwise ok.
