Good value
This Vitamin C capsule is on the large side but I haven’t had any problems swallowing it. Haven’t been taking it long enough to tell if my body is absorbing more of the Vitamin C in this form but I have no reason so far to switch back to traditional forms of Vitamin C. Time will tell, and cold and flu season is almost here. So far, so good!

Forest Leaf liposomal vitamin C is the best! Liposomal vitamin C is far superior to other types of vitamin C in terms of absorption by your body. It’s great for building your immunity and keeping your body running optimally. The capsules provide 1000mg of vitamin C and are easy to swallow. You can also break them open and just swallow the powder, which tastes fine. I take 1 or 2 capsules a day and have remained in excellent health for many months. I highly recommend this product. Good customer service
I like that this is a small company and that this product is liposomal. We haven’t used it long so no way to know if it is really working. I had a question that the label reads 1400mg but the label on the Amazon site showed 1000 mg. David in customer service replied and explained that the product contains 1000mg of vitamin C and that the other 400 mg pertains to the liposomal part. He did say they are revamping the label so as not to confuse buyers. I’ll stick with this product unless I find a reason not to. I like having my concerns addressed.

I am planning to purchase another bottle. What I like… the effect seems good as far as I am able to tell, I feel better when taking daily C, when I forget to take it for a bit I can tell. The packaging is perfect… bottle double sealed (nice to be confident it is fresh) and it was full (it is always nice to actually receive a full bottle of a supplement). The capsules are not large sized and are very easy to swallow and have no flavor… some supplements are covered in the dust from production, but these were clean and no taste. Absolutely satisfied and will purchase more!

Diabetic, Allergy, and Keto friendly
Capsules are a bit large, and need to be taken with water, milk and coffee tend to make the Capsules stick in the throat. I have found issues shopping for vitamins and supplements that do not have enough carbs to count as a meal. This product fits my needs. No added sugars making it diabetic and Keto friendly. Lipid delivery in MTC helps maintain ketosis and doesn’t add to the bad cholesterol. All ingredients are clearly listed and I did not experience trace allergen symptoms that I often find in other products that share processing equipment with their other products. Tasting the product inside the Capsules is exactly what you would expect vitamin C to taste like. My husband and I have been taking this vitamin C with our other supplements and have not gotten sick although we have compromised immune systems and smoke. Vitamin C is one of the vitamins that is easily depleted by smokers. Both of our blood panels have been good. I plan on keeping this product as part of our daily immune support routine.
