Valuable Information and Diversity
I was very impressed with how much valuable information this book contains, especially on a topic that I don’t often read being discussed and highlighted in business topic books–which is about diversity. Leaders couldn’t be called a leader without a ‘team’, and this book explored quite perfectly the importance for each member to feel that sense of belongingness and how it impacts their work performance and communications all throughout the company and personal relationships. I highly recommend this book for every professional and there’s no doubt that this has taught me quite a lot of valuable knowledge that I will surely bring the next time I decide to return to the corporate world.

Diversity might not seem very important to some; but in our world, knowing what diversity is, how it can help you and how you can foster it in your workplace; is a cornerstone of what this book is about.
