I’ve have a TRX that I wasn’t using. I’m a beginner and I was a little scared of inadvertently hurting myself. With only an 20 min scan through this book, I’m very pleased. The instructions are clear and to the point. The pictures are clear and vibrant (no gray scale here). The book is large enough to lay on the floor or table or what ever and actually see the CORRECT form and what and how you are supposed to be positioning your body for that particular exercise. The author did a wonderful job — it’s just what I was looking for.
