After 30 days of Keto…
A nice refreshing keto program. This program is payed out in an easy to follow format but it also includes many tips on getting to our emotional aspects of eating. I am really looking forward to doing his recipe outline and then moving on to what works best for me.The reviewer that was so disappointed with the pineapple and honey in a recipe obviously didn’t see that it was for higher carb cycling. He includes this in the book as part of giving us choices in our diets as we decide to phase in or out of keto.Overall a very well done book!

this book is so beautiful, itâs full of pictures, colors, ideas, recipes, testimonials. I have look into keto for a while now and look for the perfect book. I went to barns and nobles and look through keto books just to walk out without buying anything. Once I saw drew was coming with this complete keto book I knew I had to get it and it was worth every penny. Not only is the book about keto but the internal changes you can achieve. Has daily logs and affirmations and so so so much more.

Good Start to Keto
I enjoyed the book and found it well written for the newbie Keto person. I, however, disagreed with a few things that were mentioned in the book. It made no mention of that if you can burn your own body fat on Keto and don’t need to consume a large quantity. It also listed Chia and Flax as approved Keto foods. These are highly estrogenic foods and should not be eaten. Otherwise, the book was an easy read and full of quality information. I haven’t tried any of the recipes but they looked easy and I liked that they were one serving.

Lots of Calories in the Meals
This is a Keto for life diet. Once off these diets, all the weight may return and then some. Frankly, I think it’s more healthy to eat everything and just scale down the portions. These recipes talk about ghee, bison and monk fruit. So the book doesn’t really work for the standard kitchen. Most of the recipes are strictly American and my taste is more Mediterranean. On the positive, there are good photos of the meals.
