Works very well, very little to no hot flash while taking these and they start working from the first tablet. However after taking them was having endometriosis flare ups. Should have done research before taking them, chasterberry and blackcohosh Interacts with lueprolide injection which I’m currently on.

I take this product in the morning because for me it works throughout the day and night. If I take it at night I have hot flashes, I guess it needs time to work. It may be different for someone else. This product is cheaper. I would say buy a bottle and see how it works for you, it may just save you money.

I had been taking Estoven for relief of perimenopause symptoms (mainly mood & joint pain), but decided to give this a try since Estroven had become less effective for joint pain. This supplement doesn’t alleviate my joint pain at all & seems less effective keeping my moods in check. The fact that it must be taken with food is a deterrent for me. The directions do not specify if both doses can be taken 1x or if they must be taken one capsule 2x daily. I haven’t noticed hot flashes or frequent trips to the bathroom, so that’s a plus. They may have helped curb my appetite, but haven’t done anything for my belly bloat. Good luck to all the ladies trying to find comfort in their own skin during this not so fun time of life.

Only been 2 weeks butâ¦.
So itâs only been 2 weeks but the changes are remarkable! Within 2 days of using I have had zero night sweats!!!!! I mean zero! thatâs huge. Iâve slept through the night without even waking to go to the bathroom half those nights. I can tell I hardly moved all night and havenât thrown off the 3 heavy blankets my husband requires to sleep. Itâs kind of crazy as Iâve been dealing with this for 20 years now. ( Iâm nearing 70) And to think an over the counter supplement could deal with these problems is tripping me out. Now to bloating, that also was remedied within 2 days. My gas problem with certain foodsâ¦also gone. The heaviness my body felt is so much better. Energy level and evenness of mood also improved. I know some people say it hadnât worked for them but I would have paid 100x the cost of this bottle to have the relief I have gotten. Shame I suffered so long. Itâs worth the try seriously. After two days of using this product, my hot flashes went from a couple times an hour to about 3 to 4 times a day. After five days I felt the beginning of a couple hour flashes, but they inly lasted a few seconds. After about 10 days, no more hot flashes. No signs of flashes during the day or night. Now about a month later, no flashes in weeks. Extremely happy with this product! I’ve told friends about it.Also I’ve been sleeping much better, and my energy had been great.
