Possibly coincidence except that I’ve use this supplement two other times at the onset of a cold where I begin to feel fatigued or have a slight sore throat and then the early symptoms go away and I don’t get the gunk that my family gets. My husband hasn’t been using it, when the kids get sick he gets the full blown cold and I seem be ok. So I’m convinced this stuff works. I highly recommend.

I’ve had a flu shot, however, I work in a school environment and wanted an extra boost since even people who have had flu shots are getting sick. I’ve contracted some head colds but I believe that taking this product, helped lessen the effects and may have possibly kept my immune system strong enough to fight off anything worse. At the risk of creating a supply shortage, I must say that this stuff is a miracle! I recommend it to my students, their parents, my relatives, co-workers, and perfect strangers. At the first sign of sore throat, cough, or any such symptom of a cold start taking it, as suggested on the label. Also, do not stop for about two days after you feel perfectly fine; I’ve done so myself and heard from my friends who were so happy to recover quickly that they stopped QD, just to have a relapse of their symptoms.
