Helps with focus and gets the blood flowing
Different people may feel differently with this stuff, but for me it is really great. I can only take one bill or I feel my blood pressure is going to rise. After taking a dose I have great consentration and focus. Can work all day and no problem with any sleeping either, as long as I take this before noon. Not at all like caffine which lifts you up and then drops you later. Best stuff I have tried in a long time.
If you take it to late in the day, then I find I will wake up after 6 hours of sleep and am ready to go. The only problem is that later that day I feel tired. Probably because I did not get enough sleep.

These are great!! I can definitely tell a difference in my mental clarity and alertness after taking these. Be sure to take between meals as specified. I do 2 per day rather than 4 as it says, but everyone is different and you might need more or less depending on how it affects you.
