Increased milk supply
I use Nettle Leaf for relief from seasonal allergies. It helps ease my allergies tremendously. I recently took this as I usually do this time of year and I happened to be nursing and having low milk supply. To my amazement my milk increased. I took the nettles for three days and had increased milk supply for that period of time. It wasn’t until after I stopped taking the nettles that I realized it was what increased my supply. I have continued to take the nettles now for over a month with the same improvement to my supply. I don’t know how it works or why I just know it helped me. Prior to this I took fenugreek and blessed thistle for 3 months without any results. I hope this helps someone else like me who is having low milk supply and has tried the other herbs without success.

For some reason, this Nettle grounds me and helps me feel calm. It is a potent herby feeling, too. Love it so much!! I am definitely keeping this in my herbal cabinet. Thank you Gaia!!I don’t ingest the capsules, just bite them and swallow the Nettle liquid inside, like a candy. Washed down with a big glass of my Berkey Water, and I am feeling wonderful.
