This was very easy to assemble. It took me less than 5 minutes to unpack and assemble. It includes an Allen wrench for assembly. It’s a compact weight sled. It is a lil smaller than expected but great for exercise!

We have a small home gym in our basement, so the size of this sled is perfect for storage! Welds are great, the straps feel pretty high quality (though they are super long lol) and the runners have held up to quite the beating out in our yard. Highly recommend!
