I have tried twenty eight different shampoos and this is the only one that does not make my head itch. I did check ingredients on all of them first. This search has taken years. This product leaves my hair light and soft. For many years I had to wash my hair with bar soap which left my hair big but hard to comb. I remember my hairdresser saying, I do not know how I will cut this. At times I even used Dawn dishwashing liquid that stopped the itching. Word to the wise, wash your hands with a shampoo first to see if it burns

Smells great, cleans oily scalp and hair well
Our son has oily hair but hates the smell of tea tree oil; many other shampoos set off his allergies. This is a great, lower-priced alternative for oily scalps and hair.If your hair is dry, rough or needs a good trim, this does strip oils from the scalp and hair. You may need a light conditioner, after. His hair didnât need that and looked great.

I bought this shampoo because it claims to be an eco friendly shampoo.My hair and scalp tends to get oily after a day of not shampooing.So I wash my hair everyday with this shampoo. Even so my scalp become very itchy I don’t know what causing it.I washed my hair again with my almost empty head and shoulder shampoo. The itchiness is immediately gone.The H&S is done and I’m using Dove shampoo, also no itchy reaction from these two brands. Well too bad, I was hoping to be more eco friendly.
