I meant to use these as an outer layer for riding and so I ordered extra big to make sure other pants would fit beneath. A few reviews mentioned that they’re snug in the thigh/knee, and while that’s true, the waist fits right on with measurements plus there’s there are stretchy bits that offer 2-3 extra inches on either side. At least there belt loops too. In other words, just order your normal size. You will have to pull your jeans through the knees but it’s easy with the zippers open. I personally like the snug fit since they don’t flap on the bike. The knees also have rugged material so you can kneel on them without worry.The texture inside is soft and very warm against skin, but you need another layer for riding in the cold. They are windproof in the sense that air doesn’t flow through the material, but wind still chills the surface and you start to feel cooler where it presses against you. I stayed warm at 45 F going up to 50mph with just thin khakis under.Lastly as a cherry on top, I like to be low-key with my appearance but I do still need some visibility, and the bright orange zippers add just the right touch to compliment my orange bootlaces but still subtle overall. Returning and reordering these in my actual size because they’re worth it!

Awesome pants but tight in the lower extremities
Just got these pants and ordered the correct waist size and length. My calves are too big. The knees, where there is that ripstop type material, I can’t pull over my big calves. Other than that, the pants are well made, look great and would keep you warmer than regular jeans/sweats. I can’t really fault the pants because the fit actually looks nice that it’s a little slimmer fitting, but I wish it stretched a little more or they made them slightly wider in the larger sizes.

I ordered a couple of pants for a trip to Norway. This pant fit the best and was comfortable. It kept the chill off without being too hot or cold. The waist has two elastic points on the sides so they are very forgiving if you don’t get the exact right size. I ordered my size without having to go larger. Will probably order another pair.

I commute 10 miles, each way, on my e-bike at 9pm and 5am for overnights. In winter it tops out at 25f for my rides, and is often very windy. Not to mention the extra wind from riding fully exposed on a bike. I use these pants as my one and only layer and I’m always warm. Very sleek, no bulk, and good for movement. The knees are made of rip stop or something and seem crazy durable!

Das Innenfutter ist angenehm warm und weich.Reisverschlüsse laufen sauber und sehen auch sehr gut aus.Ob die Hose wirklich wasserdicht ist muss ich erst noch testen.Wasserabweisend ist sie auf alle Fälle,denn Wassertropfen perlen gleich vom Material ab.Ich bin rund herum mit dem Kauf der Hose zufrieden und finde man bekommt für den Preis ein gutes Produkt wofür ich hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung geben kann

Die Verarbeitung ist gut und der Tragekomfort auch. Nach den ersten Einsätzen in der Natur kann ich sagen, dass man kaum schwitzt, der Wind und die Feuchtigkeit aber fern bleiben. Den Preis finde ich fair.
