Works well if you have the stuff
So the glucometer in itself is easy to use. It is high quality and accurate. It comes with a carrying case and instructions for use.The big downside to this specific glucometer is that it doesn’t come with anything else. You have to order the lancets and the strips separately. This is a bit annoying because the strips are very specific to the glucometer and amazon didn’t have them when I first received the glucometer (they may have just been out of hard to find). I feel like those things should be included, or at least a few of them, to start you off. Once I got them however, it was easy to use this glucometer and my blood sugar levels were pretty accurate.

Easy To Use
I have slightly elevated glucose level so from time to time I like to make sure that my glucose level is not too high.Quality:You can read the results through the monitoring system itself or through the app. However, the app was giving me errors when using it. It’s not easy to find test strips as I tried Target and Walmart and couldn’t find them locally. I have never encountered a monitoring system that doesn’t give at least a few ones to use. This is a major oversight from the manufacturer.Overall, great product and works well but disappointed in what they include.

Large Read Out, Nice Little Case …
This arrives nicely boxed. You receive a monitor and a little carrying/storage case. There are no strips or lancets included. The readout is very large and the device is very easy to use. This is perfect for an older person who has just recently been asked to keep an eye on their glucose levels. It is very intuitive.Do remember to pick up the lancets and the GE test strips that fit this specific monitor. You can keep these organized in this nice little included case.A good monitor for those who need to check their glucose once and a while! Excellent price!

Rebranded Bionime; meter ONLY; problematic
Note: This is a rebranded “Bionime Rightest GT333” — manufactured by Bionime, uses their “Rightest CARE” Android/iOS app, and includes lots of non-GE documentation.Pros:+ Seems as accurate as the other leading glucose meters.+ Significantly easier to insert/remove a test strip and press the buttons.+ Much better, semi-hard carrying case than Contour Next, FreeStyle, etc.+ Glucose results, history, and averages available on-device w/o ever using the app.+ App is pretty simple to read and use by the non-tech-savy once it’s set up properly.Cons:- No test strips, lancing device, etc included. Meter and case ONLY, unlike most others!- Test strips are not sold in stores (online only) and are backordered on Amazon with no ETA.- Both the meter and the app support a single person/user only.- App is a bit finicky to set up, throwing multiple erroneous errors.- App requires your phone number, only works in certain countries, may display ads, may not remain free, and may take liberties with your privacy. OUCH!The meter itself is pretty good, but the app and limited test strip availability are issues.

Works well
This ge monitor sets up easily. Accurate results as far as can tell. Works with my ge strips. I do wish it came with a lancet. I like you can use it with a device it has a USBc port and Bluetooth. It connects with app to monitor health long term.

A device, not a system
This is called the GE333 Blood Glucose Monitoring System. But a quick inter webs search returns the following definitions:System – a regularly interacting or interdependent group of items forming a unified wholeDevice – a piece of equipment or a mechanism designed to serve a special purpose or perform a special functionClearly calling this a Blood Glucose Monitoring System is a bit misleading. I ordered this to verify the accuracy of my G7 CGM, and, unlike other systems on Amazon, none of the other required components are included. Now Iâll have to fork out an additional $30 for 50 strips, control solution, and some lancets. Simply including a few test strips would have allowed me to determine whether this is a device I want to use regularly. The companion app also grabs a lot of “anonymous” data, but you have to give them your phone number, so you have to trust that everything isn’t somehow linked in their database. No thanks.Given the cost of everything you need, I’ll just stick with my G7.

lacking test strips and lancer samples
When you buy a new system you expect there to be some samples so you can at-least give it a try. So I had to wait weeks in order for the strips to become available so I could also pick them up and be able to review this product. There must have been a real issue with the company listing this product and wondering on what kind of outcome they would get for the release order vs a testing process. So I got the testing strips weeks later and have been using it for around a week now. From my experience the overall product seems to be decent.. It requires the test strip to be in the device before you lance and add the blood. The results seem to be as accurate as I can tell, though I have only used a few other products out there and this is the first “branded” brand that I have used so far.Its weird they would even include a carrying case with a product with no samples in order to demonstrate its use. luckily I had lancers from another product I have reviewed so I was able to use this product.
