Seeing results on day 3. Tastes really bad though
I mainly bought this to help me get pregnant as people have had a lot of success on Tiktok and we have been struggling with infertility for a year now. Though I have also suffered from iron deficiency anemia since I was a teenager so I figured this supplement would help me out in more ways than one.I’m on day 3 and I’m already feeling more energized. I would have dizzy spells but recently I feel great.The taste though is absolutely horrendous. It has a sweet taste with an aftertaste of pennies. I find that if you don’t breathe through your nose, it helps with the metallic taste and helps it go down better, but the aftertaste lingers for a while.The bottle is quite large, which is surprising for $10. It comes with a cap that is pre-measured to the required amount you need to take.So far I like it. I’ll update my review if this helps with my fertility though.

Strong taste but potent
I’m almost finished with my 1st bottle and here are my thoughts/results:The taste is very strong and can be hard to stomach for most. The reason for this is the brewers yeast that’s in this. When I first smelled it, it smelled stinky but familiar and when I saw brewers yeast on the label that’s when it clicked. I used to give my dogs brewers yeast supplements and that is the exact smell. I’ve learned to deal with this by pouring the 15ml into the measuring cap and adding water to the rest of it. I have 30 ml cups I use. Throw it back quickly and then vigorously rinse my mouth out with a cap of water twice. Then, I gargle and swish to finish removing all presence of the taste out my mouth. You can try brushing your teeth after to really get it out.Ok, so taste aside, I feel like my energy levels have definitely improved as I have problems with my b-12, vitamin d levels and iron. The end of this week will be 4 weeks for me. I can’t say anything about hair and nail growth, which prompted me to try it as it takes a long time for a supplement to work on that level, but I definitely feel different in a good way. My joints don’t ache as much and my mood has improved. Vitamin deficiency can play a role in mood and I noticed a difference. I don’t sleep any better, it seems like I can’t go to sleep like I want to. I’m staying up longer, starting this past week. I still take a vitamin d3 supplement in conjunction with this so I don’t know if this affected my energy as well.This is my first liquid vitamin and I think that made a huge difference in my absorption of the vitamins. I have problems with malabsorption due to digestive issues which caused my deficiencies. The liquid seemed to work better than the gummy and sublingual vitamins I take. I’m going to finish this bottle but due to the taste, I’m going to try the geritol pills and see if I have the same results. I don’t know what else I could mix this with to cover the smell/taste. Good value for your money, just wish it tasted betterSidenote: Brewers yeast can cause an increase in appetite, it does for me, so be mindful of the time of day you take it to avoid being hungry. I take it early in the evening so I’m asleep and don’t notice it. I rather wake up hungry than go to bed hungry.

Definitely worth it
To be honest, I came across this by random from watching a YouTube short. I was looking for a supplement for my low iron levels and tons of ladies seem to rave on this so I was like might as well give it a shot.Personally, I am not a fan of the taste. I think it’s rather gross. But it’s a supplement; I’m not expecting it to taste delicious. Besides that taking it, I don’t really feel like I have like some crazy explosion in energy. However, I do feel like having use this for the past three weeks. I feel more overall energized in terms of not having constant tiredness and feeling really cold. And weirdly, I am not sure if this is an affect from it, i’ve been having some of the best sleep. I have had in a long time.Normally I had to take melatonin or Zill to stay asleep but ever since I started taking this, I don’t even have to take that. I actually sleep completely comfortably and I actually fall asleep. I don’t have to take melatonin to get sleepy or Zquil to keep myself from waking up in the middle of the night.Either way I’m hooked. This will be something that I will keep in my day-to-day life.
