A great product backed by a phenomenal company
Ill split my review into two parts, one discussing my uses with the Geyser system itself and the second based on my interactions with company itself.
PART ONE: Let me start off by saying that I am entirely satisfied with my purchase. I had been searching high and low for a shower system for my Jeep TJ, and if you are familiar with those vehicles, they are not exactly large. I can only carry so much water with me and to waste so much with past shower systems left me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Well the Geyser solved all of my issues. Not only is it ultra portable, but absolutely sips water. To be out in the middle of nowhere and not have to worry about water consumption AND to get a hot, clean shower before bed is a GAMECHANGER. It works perfectly off of my Anker Solix C1000. The build quality is SOLID too, I can see this lasting for years and years, and if anything goes wrong, I know its backed by a real company with real people with real integrity. Speaking of which…
PART TWO: When I had received my Geyser system I used it at home for a couple of nights to get used to the system and to make sure I knew the ins and outs of how to operate it. I did notice that when I used the system it seemed to have a very slight high center with the bottom rubber seal. This would cause the Geyser to every-so-slightly rock a little bit when the pump was in use. Now, this was something that I can live with and I’m sure other “amazon businesses” would just flat out deny the warranty claim, if there was anyone there to contact in the first place. Not Geyser, the representative that I was quickly connected with at Geyser, Ian, was absolutely first class. After sending over some phots and a video of the rocking I was sent a shipping label and sent it off later that week. After getting it back, its just perfect. No more rocking and I am confident I wont have any more issues with the system.
Conclusion: I am absolutely impressed with Geysers customer support and its products. These guys are the real deal, its the kind of product and service you would expect from an American company who makes their products right in Colorado. The Geyser itself is fantastic and I never have to go to bed dirty again! It is expensive, but a long lasting and quality product with customer support like this is worth the cash all day.

PERFECT
Selling points: compact, heats water + saves water.
Works as advertised, simple to use: pour the water in, plugin into a 12v socket, wait some 15 min for warm water or wait another 15 for hot water. Follow the LEDs they will tell the state of affairs.
Now the key to save water and I would say a LOT of water, is to use the suggested technique with the scrub.
And yes less than a gallon of water is enough if you follow the steps and respect the flow of water as in the guideline.
Plain and simple, if you have some leftover water somewhere – you can have a shower – and the feeling of being clean and sharp is irreplaceable.
This system works.

Big Water Savings!
Works as advertised (No heater version). Great water saver! Squeezing the sponge near the end of showering gives a rush of water and feels great. Mixing water for the right temperature is not as straightforward as the instructions suggest. Pump is disabled if your water is above 113°F (45°C) and stays off until the water cools to 85-95°F (30-35°C). Price seems very high for 12v DC pump, a sponge, and a 3 liter water can.

No more Body Wipes…Hot Shower on the go!
The Geyser portable hot water shower system exceeded my expectations. Its compact design makes it easy to carry, and the setup is straightforward. The water heats up quickly, providing a refreshing shower experience even in remote locations. The adjustable temperature control is a convenient feature, allowing customization based on preferences. The durable construction ensures longevity, making it a reliable companion for outdoor adventures. Overall, the Geyser delivers on its promise of a portable and efficient hot water solution.

Made scalding hot water
Man I wanted to like this thing. Perhaps I got a lemon, based on the other reviews that may be the case. First time I used it I plugged it in, filled it, and turned it on to heat. After some time went by I was ready to take my shower. The LED said it was still heating and under temp. I felt the case and seemed warm so I figured Iâd give it a shot, canât be too bad. Boy was I wrong. The water that came out of the sponge was scalding hot and made be dance around the back of my van like I was on fire. Ok, well Iâm pretty dedicated at this point, standing in the back of my van naked, soaped up, and standing in a dog tub. The show must go on. Unscrewed the lid and poured about half the water out to dilute it with colder water. The water that came out had to be close to the 200 degree mark, it was steaming. Put the lid back on and gave it a feel, still pretty hot but tolerable. So continued on with my shower and everything was working better until I closed the valve on the hose. Pump kept on pumping until the hose popped of the valve and I had a little hose squirting water all over my van. Well damn. Now all the water is gone. Finished my shower with a couple water bottles and here we are. Disappointed and sitting in a soggy van. Most likely the unit had a faulty thermostat, which allowed the heating element to stay on, and the hot water took out the pressure switch for the pump.

Best camp shower option
This is the best option I have found for hot water cleaning during camping and road trips. Easy to use, fast and can use minimal water. When camping, we scuba, kayak, hike and cook among other activities and this machine works great at cleaning up the gear. Also works great for washing off and getting ready to hit the hammock refreshed.

We love this little unit! Can’t get as much out of one tank as they claim IMO, but it’s super handy and efficient!! Definitely a great purchase. We opted to buy without the built in heater (which sounds fantastic), but we’ve had bad luck in the past with other products that have heating elements. That could just be our luck tho lol. It’s not as convenient having to warm up a litre, but it’s really no big deal either. Suggestion….buy extra sponges (not only for everyone to have their own, but also the wear and tear on them). I actually soap up with hands or loofah and use this as the rinse, it saves on the water usage so that you’re not spending extra time trying to get soap out of the sponge.

I ordered this off of Amazon, I live in Canada. The Geyser system hose line leaks, the black hard plastic part, when increased pressure of water applied. I contacted customer service but no reply, so I just tried to order a Geyser System Hose Line off of their site but their is no option to deliver to CANADA. And amazon doesn’t sell these parts. I tried to contact them again? Thx
