    Straightforward and to the point book on the importance of weightlifting for women of all ages: it doesn’t need to be complicated with long excessive workouts and high amounts of cardio. Coach Rob shows here all we need for a healthy strong body: barbell, dumbells and kettlebells.
    Easy to read, valuable information and very do-able. Well written Rob! Highly recommended.

    Had promise but falls short.
    This book has a ton or promise, but fails to deliver. Example: What is hypertrophy, how does it fit into a strength training program, and how does it work. There is a chapter with definitions of common strength training terms, by hypertrophy is missing. It’s included in one of the included workout programs, but still without any sort of explanation. That is disappointing. There ar other books out there that provide a better foundation of information.
