Is this another gimmick? I don’t know. My label shows different ingredients than that of the photo above. (A freind texted me telling me Glucose 6 has green tea in it. Mine does not. I avoid green tea as it may cause a rare bone cancer if you drink it in large amounts. My mother drank it and she had indications of a bone cancer, but did have it.)Around ten years ago white mulberry capsules dropped my sugar levels low enough that I had to take glucose pills to bring my sugar back up. However, I did not see or follow a recommended dosage and took up to six tablets at a time. I read that the white mulberry coats the intestine and inhibits absorption of carbohydrates. After awhile they made me sick and I seemed to be low on B12 – but I had avoided breads. (I could not take Metaformin as it burned and made me bleed internally as shown in black stool.) Eating fiberous foods that are hard to digest, such as garbanzo beans in a Mediteranean Dish, toppled with red wine vinegar, nutritional yeast – cut sugar, and helped me loose weight over a month’s time… until Thanksgiving holiday came. Inretrospect I drank cinnamon tea, but used cassia which has a high% of blood thinner. Ceylon Cinnamon arrived today. In the book, “Fast Like a Girl,”Mindy Pelz mentions different types of fasting and also hormones that are in foods that help balance insulin that is also a hormone. (I have not finished reading it.) An herbalist wrote 40 – 60 years ago that magnesium fortifies the pancrease and when you are low on it, you will crave sugars. I have been keeping a food journal and will come back after I get the product and try it out. I’ve taken it a few days. It seems good. I am taking several other supplements too. Nothing scientific in my opinion It seems to be good. ( I also started taking spoonfuls of unsulfered black strap molasses to make my sugars a whole food. And someone said it made their sugar lower.
