Great message!
I love how this book teaches kids that our natural differences as human beings are normal and okay. I also like how it doesn’t try to normalize other types of differences, like bad behavioral choices, that are often pushed onto kids these days under the guise of being loving and tolerant. Those things aren’t even mentioned in the book, and it’s refreshing that they aren’t. This is just a good, wholesome book with a great message about loving and appreciating each other as God made us.

God Made Us Different Celebrating Diversity and Uniqueness in Every Child
I think this is a good person for a young child to read to understand there are many different people in the world and that we should ALL love each other.

A delightful read for kids K-2
I found this a delightful and insightful book that effectively informs children of the differences among friends/classmates through its beautiful illustrations and clearly written text. I especially appreciated the bible verse at the end. It resonates perfectly with the title and message the book intends to deliver. This is a book I find appropriate to gift to any child!!

Celebrating Diversity with Love and Acceptance
What I like about “God Made Us Different” is that it is a beautifully crafted book that encourages young readers to see the beauty in diversity and individuality. Through colorful illustrations and relatable scenarios, children are taught the values of kindness, acceptance, and inclusivity. This book is a must-have for instilling empathy and appreciation for others in young minds.

Everybody is special and important in a unique way.
My kiddos really liked this book. The 5 stars is their rating :). In response to the question, what did you learn? They said, “that we are all special” and that “we don’t all have to be the same skin color.” The kids each read the scripture at the end. As a parent, I thought it was a great way to celebrate differences in skin color, abilities, interests and much more. Ending with scripture was a beautiful way to wrap things up and remind the kids that we are all made by God, and are special as we are. We’ll read this again and again!

Great message!
This story has a great message about accepting people who are different than us. I like the watercolor style illustrations, though some of the images don’t have the same watercolor look. Overall, It is a very sweet book which would make a great gift for children.
