I take this with my iron pills at night to help them absorb. It’s a great source of Vitamin C in a very pure form which I love. It tastes fine, it’s not sweet or anything but not bad.

So far I’m very happy with this and plan on ordering more when I run out. I ordered this several months ago and still have half the bottle left. I use a sprinkle in water along with potassium bicarbonate probably 3 times per day because I’m dealing with a lot of chronic illness and trying to support my immune system and adrenals. I find it’s better for me to spread it throughout the day than just taking a larger dose at once. It has a tangy tart cherry flavor, it’s not delicious but it’s not bad.

I like this brand and have been more concerned with bioavailability with vitamins, which is why I purchased this. It doesnât mix in as well as I would like, but as I said itâs supposed to be more bioavailabile than asorbic acid (which comes from gmo corn) so itâs worth it overall

I love the quality of this product and the mild flavor. It gets a bit chalky when added to water, and itâs hard to break up the powder. Overall I think itâs worth it for the vitamin C and antioxidant benefits.
