I really love this product! I bought this product because I find that doing ab exercises on the floor hurt my neck or my spine. This is a killer ab workout. You have to work your way up to doing 5 sets of 20 which i do everyday now. Really recommend this product!!!!

As soon as I opened the display reader was broken on back and barely stays on the piece it slides on. Also missing the most important piece, the rod to hold it in place without sliding apart or folding. Would rate this lower if could.
