And I can do that with arthritis.I never knew about saving the capsules for a foot or hand soak, great idea.(One time one of those capsules had missed the trash and I mistook it for a bug, funny now, not then)I used red for a long time but switched to purple after having my hair stripped. (The texture after the striping was like straw) The purple helped my hair heal and it is soft and silky again.As for the small amount, one capsule is perfect for me, but nobody is stopping you from using 2. It’s not for coating your hair! You are treating your ends mostly, not your scalp.I put it on after a short towel drying. I put it on in the middle of my length, and then I comb my hair. As you comb your hair you will spread it through top to bottom.I love this stuff.
