Great for testing grip strength.
It’s great for texting grip strength. I was surprised that at how high my number was and it’s a fun competition with your friends.

It works
Overall, the product feels like cheap plastic and isn’t the most comfortable, but it gets the job done and seems consistent with accuracy.

Great product and surprisingly accurate!
This dynamometer is a great option for someone looking to test, or keep track of, their grip strength! It is incredibly easy to use, with only 2 buttons for controls: one to turn it on or off, which doubles as a switch between lbs and kilos, and one to reset the number. Also, for its relatively low price, it is surprisingly accurate. I tied a 25lb plate to it to test it out, and it read as 24.4lbs. Now keep in mind, these plates are notorious for being slightly inaccurate, so I tested it again, this time tying it to a 20lb dumbbell, and it read at 19.8lbs. So I can confidently say that the reading you get is very close to your actual strength, at most 10lbs off when reaching higher weights. One of my favorite things about this item is how comfortable it is! Unlike other dynamometers on the market, with hard plastic or silicon grips, this one has a comfortable rubber grip, which doesnt hurt my hand at all. I will hurt from exhaustion before the grip hurts me!Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone, as it has many uses, from a conversation starter to a strength tracker!

I had some really strong friends try this and it held up.
I had a guy who is very strong try this. He got a reading of 160 lbs and this thing showed no signs of breaking. Note that it is the 265 lb model, and not the other lighter weight one. Our work had a health day where they brought in a professional grade dynamometer. All of us tested bout 20 lbs more on the professional grade one than this one, so either this one or the other one is off by 20 lbs. That being said, this is great for testing relative strength. I may hang a weight on it later to see how calibrated it is. I’ll update me review after.

It’s a lot of fun in the bar…
I bought this for our garage bar, it’s very entertaining and all the guys love to test their strength. It’s not a lot of money but offers loads of entertainment. Nobody has broke it so I would say it’s pretty sturdy. It’s easy to understand and has different modes for male and female.

Great product
I’ve always wanted one of these, but always thought they were too expensive. This one came at a great value and seems to be a great product. I’m the only one that will be using it, so it should last a lifetime.

Nice price and works
Does what it supposed to do. Set age and such then start and squeeze. Nice gauge to keep track of grip power

Thereâs no real valid reason to have one of these except that itâs a ton of fun to bring to the gym, to parties and to any gathering really, a little healthy grip-strength contest is always a fun time and everyone always wants to try again and again. Iâve been asked where I bought it about 20 times so far. Itâs held up great to constant use and is just very well made for what it is.

I’m doing grip exercises to strengthen my grip/forearms/etc. I use the Handexer weekly to check my progress. It’s a great tool and easy to configure/use. (Happily the results tell me that my grip strength is increasing.)

Kann die Genauigkeit nicht beurteilen aber es passt zumindest zum Grifftrainer den ich gerade nutze. Sieht schön aus und man hat immer Zahlen mit denen man seinen Fortschritt messen kann.
