Great Product, Amazing Customer Service!
I want to start off by saying I bought this water pik well over a year ago, almost 2 years. I’ve used it every day since. My husband had bought me a Waterpik® shortly after I got this one, thinking I’d like it more, and I used the waterpik® close to never. A few days ago I charged my H2o floss water pik and the battery stopped working, but the light would still go on, so I figured I’d send a message to the seller asking if there was anything I should or could do to make this work again. I am very obsessive about flossing, water pik and brushing, I really needed a dependable water pik. They replied to me almost instantly and gave me the unfortunate news that the battery had died. And I was not under the 1 year warranty but they presented me with an offer if I’d like to replace it with a new one. I accepted and had a new one 3 days later. I can’t tell you how happy this made me, and being a customer service instructor, the way this was handled was so perfect, I will use this case as discussion in my classes.
In conclusion, this product is amazing. There are 5 different speeds, it comes with a reservoir for water that holds more than enough water, comes with 5 different attachment picks, a charger brick with cord(charge is good for a week or more) , and a travel case, which is very nice. It travels nicely in my suitcase, I couldn’t be happier with the product as well as their stellar customer service. I recommend this item 1000% and they have made me a happy camper/customer. Thank you!

Only works for 5 mos. Piece of garbage.
Received in May. It is now middle of October and it doesn’t work. Has a full charge. I don’t know if the little pump died out or what.
UPDATE: I contacted the company regarding the warranty on this item. They were very good about replacing the flosser promptly. Good customer service. Love the way it works – wish it hadn’t failed – but the company made it right. Changed to 4 stars.

I thought this would be great – UPDATE
After posting my review of this product the company contacted me directly and asked if I would try the product again, giving it a second chance. I agreed and they replaced the product at no charge.
I originally purchased this product for some specific features. The gravity ball, the included travel case, the case that holds all of the nozzles in one place and the large water reservoir. All of these things are still my top pros. The original product just stopped working so I sent it back since I specifically bought it to go with us to Spain for two weeks.
I received the new one, tried it out for the few days we had left before leaving on vacation and it worked great. We packed it (with a backup flosser just in case) and went on vacation.
This flosser worked great and lasted the whole time away. Still working today. We definitely like this flosser better than the replacement product I purchased after the first one died.
I highly recommend this product. It’s highly organized for travel, can be very powerful if needed and the battery lasted for a very long time. Two people used it daily for 3 weeks and it still hasn’t run down in power. Customer support was persistent and helpful.
It would have been great if it had worked longer than 2 and a half weeks. It was easy to use and comfortable to hold. I loved that the water well came off completely to be able to fully empty and dry it. Everything was working great until it didn’t. Out of the blue it stopped working. I fully charged it one night and the next night when I pushed the power button it just whines instead of pulsing out water. I really wanted this flossed to work. We are going to Europe for 2 weeks in May. This flosser was my solution to packing our full size stationary flosser.
So disappointed. Wanted to use it for a while before taking it on a long trip. I have braces and I have to have a water flosser. Well, the hunt begins again…

Partiendo de la base de que es el primer irrigador que uso, se ha vuelto en imprescindible para mí. Antes me hacía mucho daño con el hilo dental para conseguir limpiar a fondo los huecos entre los dientes pero ahora, con el irrigador, es super cómodo e indoloro. Por supuesto, después me repaso con el hilo pero ya sin tener que hacer tanta fuerza y sin hacerme daño. En concreto, este irrigador viene con muchos accesorios, varias potencias de chorro y funciona muy bien hasta ahora. Además, es bastante económico. Lo recomiendo 100%.

J’aime bien la pompe.. super effective. Par contre j’ai eu des problèmes avec les petit tuyau de aspiration. Que j’ai réussi à solutionner.
