First of all, I like bags and I am disappointed that my order did not come with the zipper pouch or the clear storage box that others had received!! I don’t even care the charging adapter was not included!ðOther than that, it’s a really nice water flosser at this price point. No massage or pulse mode necessary for me. The second lowest water pressure setting is strong enough to clean my teeth. 300ml water tank holds enough water that I can finish flossing in one go.The textured bumps provide good grip stability when wet and it feels compact for my small hand to hold on. Pleasantly pleased for the gravity ball design choice and the clear nozzles too.

Good for the money
This is not as powerful as my water pick ulta was, but it’s stronger than my water pick hand held portable. Much cheaper too. Easier to get water in and out (for cleaning) as well.I’d prefer the flexibility and the power of the ulta with the huge base and flexible hosing, but it was a real pain to clean and took up allot of space.It also got moldy after a couple of weeks of lack of use when I went on vacation over some hot summer days. Getting the water in was also annoying. I like the ease of the hand held portables much better.The H2Floss works fairly well on the highest setting, and I’m still working off the first charge which is nice. For the price it can’t be beat. Water picks handheld version is more than twice the price, and I don’t see any reason for that as it’s much more inferior to the non portable Ulta which it costs almost as much as.I don’t expect it to last very long, but we will see. As long as it lasts a year or more It will be fine given the price and convenience. Once you use it, It will make you ask why water picks are so expensive.

One of the best things I could have bought for myself
I wanted to wait until my dentist appointment to write my review. And I am really happy I bought this. I do not like flossing unless I actually have some thing in my teeth. But this water pic makes it so easy to floss and get it done quickly. in a way itâs also convenient, because when Iâm ready to rinse my mouth out after brushing my teeth, I just grab my water pic and use it to wash out and then I use it to floss.Now the reason I wanted to wait till after my dentist appointment was to see if my dentist noticed any differences. I got this water pic on August 29 and it is now October 18th. And I didnât bleed as much as I usually do, or barely at all, whenever my dentist flosses my teeth. Also, thereâs some spots in my front teeth where I normally flinch, because it hurts whenever she flosses there, But it didnât hurt this time! I got great feed back from my dentist and itâs always great getting the âno cavityâ feed back!

Customer service is iffy
At first I really liked the product and its features. After just a few weeks, it just stopped turning on. I’m guessing the on/off connection switch was faulty. I contacted the seller. First I had to try some fixes, which didn’t work That was fine. Then I had to send my Amazon order screenshot, a video showing that the flosser didn’t work, and a picture of the products ID numbers etc. I was sent a replacement in a timely way. The problem is the replacement is not the same model. While it is comparable in price, it lacks several of the attachments the original model had and those attachments are not compatible with the replacement model. Given the price and hassles involved, I’m opting to keep the replacement, but I wouldn’t buy this brand again.

We’ve tried many, the H2ofloss is by far the best
We’ve tried many brands over the years. When this one’s battery failed, I tried to buy it again but it was out of stock so bought the Waterpik. That one died, the H2ofloss was again available. It flosses much better than other brands. Has 5 speeds. Also, others, e.g., the Waterpik, would leak after it was used so you’d need to leave it on a towel or in the sink overnight. This one doesn’t leak at all! I love it.

Powerful Water flosser that will shoot out all the grime in your gums!
My first impressions of using this device is that is actually very powerful; Much more powerful than i was expecting from it. Its able to shoot out a lot of leftovers from deep inside of the crevices of your teeth and gums. For me it is a huge plus as my gums are not sensitive, however i can see it being a little too strong for some people. This of course can be remedied as it has a variable speed control which can turn down the flow quite a bit and offers a large range of adjustability for the flow of water. It also comes with a large variety of attachments to for all teeth types.When talking about size, it is of course going to be larger than a traditional roll of floss however for the functionality it provides it is quite small considering everything it is able to do. You will never run out of âflossâ as traditional flossers and you can add water which is readily available everywhere where I am. Its a great addition to your nightly routine if you care about oral hygiene! I am thinking about purchasing another one for each bathroom in my house but its size makes it so easy to carry around I find it hard needing another one so soon!

I received this in mid April, 5 months ago. It worked good up until the last week. The battery is apparently shot because it has to be recharged after 1 use. At first it lasted 4 or 5 days using it twice a day. I would have expected the battery to last at least a year.

It just comes up, itâs almost like the water pressure behind releases the button, so the moment I turn it on the head unlocks and folds back. Would appreciate if I could simply be sent a replacement head where the button is secure on the neck of the attachment.
