Works great!
We love these flossers. They get out big and small particles from between your teeth! They make your mouth feel clean. If one tip doesn’t work for you, try a different one. They provide a great selection of tips and a nice case for the tips. They also provide a well made zip fabric case for the flosser for travel. We had been buying flossers from a popular company. Over the years, they became more cheaply made. The last one we ordered went out after one month and they had changed their policy to “No Returns”. We highly recommend this flosser. The price is great. We paid half for this flosser of what the other flossers cost on sale.

I’ve been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say—the seller of this H20Floss is the best I’ve ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected–I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss–and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several ‘speeds’ in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can’t say enough good things about this item–it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. 🙂
Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own—that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn’t really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn’t a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I’d have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit’s head super securely to make sure this didn’t happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can’t believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product–which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon, or anywhere—and they really care about their customers! In a scale of 1 – 10 stars, I give them a 15!!! Bravo, H20Floss!!! Your product and your care are both above and beyond!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ God bless you!!!!

Works but not excellent
This water flosser works good. However, it’s not as good as previous model we had, but that one only lasted about 2 years but worked great in that time-frame before the pump gave out. None of the floss head work as well as the previous unit. Water jet seems to splash much more than having a nice a nice fine jet. Also, the power indicator LEDs don’t have power designations noted on the unit and every time unit is shut off, the unit defaults to minimum power so you need to figure out which LED indicator is the one that works best for you each time you use it. One last gripe is that the water reservoir seems small as water runs out quickly. One big plus is the nice weighted intake tube which allows for unit to properly empty the reservoir on each use.

It definitely does a much better job than a toothbrush and dental floss picks. I really feel my mouth is clean like after a long time. Even if I take care of my teeth every night I was not feeling fully clean and I decided to try this one. I am completely satisfied with cleaning job. Only bad side can be it is a little messy while using. But I believe I will get used to it after a couple of times. Liked it.;)

The unit quit charging but I was past the 1 year. I had trouble getting a claim through to Asurion, whose coverage I’d purchased. The seller tried to be helpful and were very gracious but it’s past the year. They offered a 15% refund. I finally called Asurion and they accepted the claim–awaiting refund.
I did purchase a new one because I like the product. It holds more than the portable WaterPik and is more powerful. New one has some additional attachments. The buttons are smaller, which is a change I don’t really like, however I like it overall. I do hope this one lasts more than a year. I didn’t see the protection plan offered on this purchase so don’t have it now.

Iâm absolutely thrilled with this water flosser! Itâs exactly what I was looking for. The device is easy to use, and the water pressure is perfectly adjustable, allowing you to choose the right setting for sensitive gums. Plenty of power, and it’s controlled easily.
It’s my second, i bought this to make my existing a spare.
The older model is nearly identical with a different charge port. The new model has a standard USB3 connection.
