It’s compact size makes it a great choice for travel. It is NOT dual voltage however, so not for international travel. The attachments connect magnetically which is nice. It is reasonably quiet although the diffuser attachments does change the pitch of the dryer to sound higher and can probably feel unpleasant to those with sensitive hearing. You know that feeling when you are cooking in the kitchen with the vent fan on and you turn it off and you literally sigh with relief because you didn’t realize how much the fan noise was passively aggravating you? I find myself feeling that way when I take off the diffuser…that sigh of relief that the sound has stopped. It is funny how it isn’t so much about the decibels that is the problem with everyone, sometimes a dryer can be quiet but emits a motor sound that gets under your skin in an annoying way because it is higher pitched. It might be just me but I think I am not alone in this.It does a decent job of drying and it is nice to have a small diffuser attachment as well as the concentrator nozzle. The cord is a decent length, but I would suggest it is not long enough for professional use unless you use a short extension cord. you might not be able to make it around the styling chair completely without crossing the cord in front of the guest’s face instead of behind the chair. I do wish the cord was a little longer. My cord was black, not white as depicted which is fine with me. I assume a white cord would get dirtier more easily…plus the attachments are black so it works. Not a deal breaker for me.

I’ve never used a plasma hair dryer and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with this dryer. It is easy to operate and fully adjustable to my hair drying temperature wishes. The high is definitely too hot for my hair and head but will come in handy when I need to defrost the ice in the freezer!This is light enough to not cause major arm fatigue before you are fininshed styling your hair. I have fine hair and it dries quickly and has given me plenty of shine. At this time of year, I get fuzzy, fly away static hair and hate it. It’s always stuck to my face or floating. This plasma dryer has taken care of that so far and I must say, it makes me happy!I like how light it is and will not take up a lot of valuable space in luggage while traveling. The attachments are good for my challenged hands and I don’t have to get help switching from one to another. It is quieter than most dryers and doesn’t annoy those watching TV as much as my regular hair dryer.

This hair dryer is quite small in size, but wow does it ever have some power! It actually blew a couple of things right off of my counter top as I was drying my hair! I did notice the lights were dimming a little while using it, but this could be due to a the fact that I live in an old house and not actually the dryer itself. It also has 3 heat settings, as well as a cool setting. I used it at the highest heat, I have long straight hair and it did the job in about 10 minutes. I didn’t use the diffuser, since it is for curly hair but it seems it is off good quality as well. Both nozzles attach to the unit with magnets and I had no issues with the smooth nozzle coming loose while using it. The cord isn’t as long as my old blow dryer, but I have a small bathroom and the outlet is close to the mirror. So this didn’t pose as an issue for me. It is compact and lightweight, so I think it will also be perfect for travel.

Wow! This hair dryer is so quiet! We replaced our old blow dryer with this one and what a difference in the noise level!! It also seems to dry my hair more quickly, which is a bonus as I have very thick hair and it can often take a very long time to dry.I find it doesnât dry out my hair as much as my old blow dryer which was really dry, hot air. This feels less harsh.Magnetic attachments are fantastic as theyâre so easy to snap on and off easily.Stores and packs small, lightweight, and works like a charm!2 speeds and 5 temperature settings (including 1 alternating hot/cold mode).Note: cord colour is not as depicted. Itâs black, not white as shown.I can’t compare the use of this one to the major brand name one, as we don’t own it, but overall I am very happy with this dryer, and it’s a fraction of the cost.
