Good product
This product is of good quality, and is easy to use. They are the size and shape of an egg, so will fit most hands. I like that they came with a booklet of exercises to strengthen and stretch your hand, fingers and wrists – some with using the eggs and some without. The booklet itself is of good-quality paper. I also like that it came with a carrying bag for portability and storage. There are 4 colors of eggs that are supposed to be of different firmness, so you can start with the easiest and work up to the hardest. The firmness of the different colors of the eggs is listed on the first page of the booklet; however I noticed that the firmness of my eggs does not correspond to the list. The yellow one is definitely the easiest to squeeze and is the only one that corresponds with the list. Then it is a tossup between the green and the orange as to which one is a little firmer than the other but both are firmer than the yellow. And finally, the red one is definitely the firmest. I am not too bothered by this, as I am starting with the yellow and will gradually work up to the red. It is easy to do the exercises while sitting and watching TV, for example. I am confident it will ease my arthritis and stiffness. I would recommend this product for anyone to try if they want to increase hand strength or ease arthritis pain.

They work
Recently had carpal tunnel surgery. Hand surgeon suggested using a squeeze product to strengthen hand. These eggs are a good size, strong and they really work!! Come in great colors too

Good sqeezability, although the firmness description in booklet is wrong
I recently had finger joint surgery due to a bone infection and am having difficulty getting grip strength back in my dominant hand. I tried a squeeze ball, but it was too hard. So I found this on Amazon and find the product very useable. However, the booklet indicates the âsoftâ ball is red, orange is medium and green is hard. That was NOT what I found the firmness to be. So I looked on the Amazon page for the product, and it is correct there: orange is soft, not medium; red is firm, not soft; and green is medium, not hard. Also, there was a little snag in the yellow ball. Not a big deal if it doesnât get worse. All the balls are a little tacky, but that isnât a problem for me. I just wonât put it on anything with lint. And there is no odor.I think the cost is a bit steep, but if I get strength back in my hand, it will be worth it.

Easy to Use
I’ve recently developed a trigger thumb on one hand and carpal tunnel syndrome on the other arm. These balls are easy to use and the exercise guide is wonderful. I can do the activities while I’m watching TV. I don’t need an exercise mat or table or other equipment – I’ve got all I need and it comes with a bag to carry the items with you. My only criticism is that the bag is too small for the instruction manual – I’d love to put the manual in with the balls and carry them around together.

Too hard
I have very little strength in my hands / fingers and purchased this in hopes to build strength and in turn perhaps assist with discomfort at the same time. Unfortunately, these were too hard for me to squeeze. I could do some of the exercises outlined in booklet; however, not squeeze. I used for a few days then put back in bag which now sits in drawer.

Effective For Stiff Arthritic Hands
I love these exercise eggs. They fit nicely in my hand and I have them scattered in convenient places around my home for easy access. After a few minutes of squeezing one of the balls, the stiff muscles in my hands are immediately relieved. I especially like keeping one in my car so I can use it ocasionally on a long drive to prevent my hands from cramping up on the steering wheel. I would recommend these to anyone who needs hand exercises for relaxing and strengthening hand and wrist muscles.

Healthy seniors exercise eggs seem good so far.
I got these for tennis elbow and I am trying to heal it and prevent it from coming back. So far these seem nice to use but Iâve only had them for a few days.
