Sturdy Journal for Tracking Progress
I use this to keep track of my strength training program. It’s helped me a lot with recording the number of reps/weights and the type of excercises that I do once or twice a week. I know they make apps for this sort of thing but they are usually a) a monthly subscription and b) have possibly inaccurate data like skewed TDEE/excessively low calorie limits(cough cough Noom cough). I want to lose weight not develop an eating disorder, thus I am doing this the old fashioned way. You can however track your meals on each page if you wish to do so.I love the section for keeping your weekly measurements as well. This has really helped with keeping me motivated compared to when I was excercising without documenting measurements. It really shows me on paper that I am making a difference, even if I can’t see it myself. You can even add photos if you want. The cover and pages are also very sturdy. I am a clumsy idiot so I have already sweated, bleed, and accidentally sprayed down this thing inside and out. I can still read the pages that got messy and the cover looks undisturbed. It has a section at the end for when you meet your fitness goals, extra pages for notes, and even a little pocket where I can store printouts.I’m about 4 months into my strength training and I still have a little more than half of the journal left to fill out. If you hit the gym and full this out around 4 to 5 days a week, it will probably last you for about 6 months. The cover is flat enough that you could add stickers or decals if you’d like, but they may not stay due to the texture. I like the simplicity of the design, I see no need for cringy inspirational memes to be on the cover.

Just what I needed
I have been working out consistently for awhile. This makes it easy to track progress. I love to be able to write things down and itâs easy to go back and check progress and stay consistent with workouts! Love the color too:)

Flexible Workout Journal
I I bought this one-page-per-day workout journal so I could keep up with my Physical Therapy regimen. Date/day of the week are recorded at the top of each page. There are 10 blank lines to list the name of each exercise you are doing along with the number of reps & sets and 3 more blank lines to record cardio along with time, distance & calories burned. The bottom of each page allows for brief notes regarding diet, nutrition, water consumed & hours slept. There are a few pages to track your progress and it includes a pocket on the back cover, an attached ribbon to mark your place and a loop to hold a pen. An attached band wraps around the journal to keep it from opening up in your purse or gym bag. While this exercise journal may not be detailed enough for a gym rat, itâs sturdiness, size & flexibility should be fine to record the exercise regimen for the average person.

Good workout book
It’s a pretty good record keeper with a lot of different customization if you want to use those features. Easy to keep track of workouts / dates / reps, and I like the space for notes — helpful to remind myself to increase weight or if I changed something up that day. I will say that a few of the pages don’t seem bound correctly and came out in a chunk, but since I only lost five or six, I can ignore it.

Exactly what I needed
when I first started going back to gym. My trainer told me to keep track of my progress in a journal. After trying unsuccessfully to keep track in a normal notebook I decided to purchase this one. This journal works great. It’s very sturdy and has held up well. Even after being dropped and tossed onto the gym floor several times a day for several weeks. Still holding together and makes keeping track very easy and simple. Before I start my workout I fill out the exercises I will be doing then as I do them I mark the amount and weight for each exercise. Great product and easy to follow.

Love the simplicity!
My boyfriend and I were looking for an easy way to track our progress. He suggested tiny notebooks so I ordered some but then I found this! I ordered myself one and he ended up loving it more than the plain notebook so I got him one too. It came today and he just transferred his info over to it.We love that there is a spot to name your work out so we can see with a quick glance which day we did last after a rest day or a non gym work out day (we rock climb as well).Highly recommend this for any beginner weight lifter or gym goer!

Easy to use workout journal
Second time purchasing this workout journal. Itâs sturdy and well made.I write out a weekâs worth of upper body and lower body dumbbell/cable/band workouts and having each exercise listed keeps me accountable and I can keep track of reps.I donât use the meal part.

not what I was expecting.
The book has 2 pages for measurements and 2 for goals and the rest are daily pages with a dozen plus grids for serious working out. I’m making it work for my small work outs by repurposing the grid but it’s a bit of a mess and also the spine of the book is already cracking and I’ve only had it 2 weeks or so.
