Great Charger for teh Money
This is a solid product. I have had it about two weeks and bought it to take with us when we go camping or out on our boat. We wanted something that could recharge a few times. At 25,000 mAh we thought that was a good amount. The additional lure of the solar panels was also very attractive and reviews seem to be good. What we have tested thus far:1. I initially plugged it in to charge when I received it – took about 5 hours total to charge via a USB to wall charger.2. Once charged, used it to charge an iPhone X – charged it from 50% to 100% easily. Then tried to run phone to 5%. Once there, plugged it in and it charged it to 100%. I then used it to charge an iPad Pro that was at about 11% all the way to 100%. Once those were complete, I was showing 1 blue bar left. I did not want to run the battery all the way down, so plugged it in to charge it up again.I have yet to test the solar panel. I will update my review once I have tested that. The directions say to charge the unit at least 3 times with USB power for best results. So I am trying to use the unit for testing and then will test solar. Once that is complete, I think I will have the confidence to take this out and about with me where power is not readily available.NOTE: There are 5 indicator lights but only 4 represent power/charging. One is for solar – I was confused at first but the manual was easily to go figure it out. 4 blue, 1 green. Green indicates solar charge is occurring. So far, I like this unit. I think it will work well for what we need it to do.PROSPowers devices quickly and easilyIndicator lights are easy to seeSnap keeps the unit tightly closedRubber gasket is tight where plugs go (should be water resist easily)Lots of solar cellsSnap loop doubles as a hangarCONSA tad heavy and bulky but with 25k mAh it is worth itWould be nice if this came with a light case to keep it clean when outdoors but I will make one/get on for it

Great little charger
Used this for a trip this weekend and it worked wonderfully. My husband charged his switch up from 0% to 100% while it sat under the sun and still had full bars afterward. It is slow to charge on a cord, however. It is about cellphone size, but thicker and much heavier. It seems very durable. The flashlight on it is nothing to brag about but it’s better than nothing.

Has some quirks but once you know, it is awesome
So I bought this unit for hurricane season and I had it for awhile before I had to really use it. It never seemed to charge fully and half the time I would plug something in it and it wouldn’t work. I thought I had a dud, it work 50% of the time. Things I learned about this model and how to use. To charge, plug into laptop using the smaller middle port with your plug and just leave it in overnight to charge, yes it takes about 8 hours to fully charge. If you want to plug something in to it to charge, like a vape mod, phone, or radio, you need to press that button on the back of the unit, the weird hard to press button, until the blue charge lights come on, then plug in what you want to charge. If you do it the other way, plug in first, it won’t work and you think this is broken or something. The little middle charge port is just for charging the unit itself, don’t even bother trying to charge with that hole. Just use the correct cord and use one of the outer ports. Hurricane Ian came and I was without power for 7 days, this unit allowed me to charge my vape mod for almost a week and topped my phone off twice. I kept my phone on airplane mode to save power. I ran it over to my moms house to charge up on their generator but it only charged one bar after they had it plugged in for hours. I was able to use that last bar to charge my radio and vape all day. Thankfully the electric came back on, on day 7. This did come in handy and was useful, but the solar feature was very worrisome, I set this unit outside for about 20 minutes in full sun, when I came to check it, it was so hot, I felt it would catch on fire. It burned my hand to touch the surface. I tried solar charging on my front lani where it was just partial sun and I was so worried it would catch fire I just didn’t want to leave it unattended. As an everyday charger it is great.

Working well so far
I bought this for a friend for a secret Santa exchange. It was on sale for quite a bit off, and he wanted a similar one, so I got him this one. It has been on my wish list for years and I felt like it was a better product. So far, he is really loving it. He’s stuck it on his hiking pack a few times and it completely charged. It’s a good size and has a surprising weight to it – I’m not saying it feels like carrying bricks around, but it feels durable and substantial, which I like. He’s had no issue hooking it up to his phone or computer, and it’s done fine charging them. He plans to tell me more about it after he’s used it for some time, so I may update this with any of his comments, but so far he is pleased.

Must have during power outage
We use this solar powered battery bank during power outages while traveling in Mexico or Cuba. We also use when we are on multi-day wilderness trips to power our Garmin inReach and phone for photos and music. Well worth the investment. Note, for optimal charging, it is best to keep it powered up before heading on a trip. It can maintain charge with solar, but takes quite a while to bring it up to a full charge on solar alone.

Perfect thanks.

The solar charging wouldn’t work at all if there’s no power i the PowerBank. The manual claims it solar charging will charge the power and and also any device attached. Fact is solar power bank only charges devices (2 ð for that). If you put it in stand alone to charge the powerbank , that never works. The led indicators keep blinking at the same level as they did when you put it out for charging for whatever number of hours or days.

The solar charging didnât work so I contacted the company, never heard anything back from them. Very poor customer service. Now Iâm stuck with a very expensive âsolarâ charger that doesnât work

the product itself works, but as a power bank that should be charged with the usb adapter NOT with the solar panels.Itâs been 4 days âchargingâ under direct sun and still cannot pass 25% battery. When I contacted the seller for more info their answer was: â Our products are supplied unused after passing the necessary tests from the original manufacturerâ meaning this ainât a solar charger.PLUS had to pay extra $30 dollars to send it back. would not recommend!
