Amazing vitamins!
This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it’s a “prenatal” made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it’s available! Highly recommend!

Pros :- Noticeable hair growth- Helps with stabilizing my mood swings due to mental health- Helps control random hunger moments due to metabolic changes from medication- Helps to bridge the gap in nutrition if some areas are difficult to tackle naturally.- Take a full serving (3 capsules) isn’t nessecary, I like to can scale up or down depending on my needs.Neutral :- These are strong vitamins, if you take the full serving even with food you may feel off. There is a considerable amount of B vitamins which can make people sick if you ingest too much.- To continue with the point, I’ll do a week of 3 capsules but normally I am using 1 then move up to 2. I’ll only take the 3 capsules if my mood needs the boost.Overall, I believe these work and are helpful. Vitamins are not a one trick pony though, these are a great supplement to someone with a good diet. If your diet isn’t the greatest, this is a good supplement to bridge that gap while continuing to work on good eating habits.I’m not sure why people are complaining of taste. Are you opening the capsule and eating it or just swallowing the pill dry? There isn’t a taste to these, they’re fine. If you are use to taking vitamins there shouldn’t be a complaint.

This multivitamin is pure gold. Witchcraft even. It has helped with my mood, my hair and skin health, pre-menstrual symptoms, and best of all my libido. Holy moly! It’s the only change I’ve made that I can attribute it to. My husband has no complaints, other than maybe lack of sleep! If you are contemplating trying it, don’t, just buy them. It took roughly 2-3 weeks to see noticeable changes. I’ve ordered my second bottle only this time a 90 day supply. I’m a costumer for life.

Good Multi, Not Perfect But Good
I’ve yet to find a perfect multi-vitamin, but this is certainly a worthy one. Warning however: This multi-vitamin contains egg and fish (hake), so if you have allergies, look for another.What’s Good?1) Overall it has a very comprehensive panel of nutrients.2) The B vitamins are in methylated form which means they will be more bio-available than standard B v8tamins which are not methylated. Especially if you have the MTHFR gene mutation (common), you will need to take B vitamins in methylated form or your body will not absorb them.3) There’s no real taste or smell to these and they are easy enough to swallow for most of us.What’s Not So Good?1) For my tastes, the selenium, zinc, and chromium content is a bit high considering that we will be getting additional amounts of those nutrients from other places throughout the day. Still, if this is the only supplement you decide to take, and your diet in generally deficient, this is a good way to get what you may be lacking.2) Given the healthy B vitamin content in this multi, I thought it could replace my usual B Complex (Thorne Basic B). However, I was not feeling like it was sufficient to buffer my stress levels, so I am still taking additional B vitamins.3) There is very little difference between this formulation for men over 40 and the regular men;’s formulation. I would have liked there to be some discernible differences in case I decided to “downgrade” to the regular formula.Overall though, a good formula and I will continue to take it unless and until I find something better.
