    As someone who spend too much time sitting in front of a screen, I definitely need to exercise regularly to stay healthy. But, as most of us know, it is easier said than done. That is the exact reason why my favorite part of this book was the chapter about motivation and factors that motivate us to start training/continue with it.I’ve never though about training as something that includes more that physical factor, even thou motivation for doing it is not physical but a psychological component of it. This book opened my eyes to many things I didn’t think about before. It also gave me a few good advices on how to solve my motivational problem with exercising.
