These actually do help my sharp knee pain. If I forget to take them, the sharp pain comes back to remind me. They are a bit big but they do seem to have a slippery coating which enables me to get them down.

This seems to be a good quality glucosamine blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however the company refuses to provide COAs on their products to substantiate testing claims, so keep that in mind; there’s no actual evidence the products are lab tested.)I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.
