I notice that when I take them in a regular basis my hair falls less. I read in the reviews that they have a bad smell. Its really not bad. it smells like vitamin B but its not even that pungent. Really easy to swallow. and very affordable.

Hair changer!
I was experiencing far from normal hair loss due to stress and medications. I realized maybe I could be experiencing a vitamin deficiency above and beyond the normal vitamins I take daily. Within about 2 weeks of taking these 2x daily, my hair loss is next to none! I always shed a somewhat normal amount as I have thick Asian hair but these vitamins even improved that! I donât find hair on my bathroom floor, when vacuuming etc like I used to even before I went through some really bad issues that exacerbated hair loss. I have them on my auto delivery because theyâre THAT GOOD! Hair growing faster and becoming much fuller again like when I was in my 20âs!!!

Good hair and nails supplement
I’m 60 and began losing my hair after the dreaded virus a few years ago. I began taking a different biotin supplement, without collagen, and it worked well for a few years but I realized a few months ago that my hair was thinning again and my nails were starting to break often. I have extremely thin nails that peel and break easily. They never grow out to a decent length. This time I tried this product with the addition of collagen and after a month I can tell my nails are getting much harder and I have a full set of nails for the first time in my life. My hair has stopped falling out but it’s too soon to say if it will replenish but I’m glad it stopped falling out regardless. It takes at least 3 months of taking a supplement to see a difference so time will tell. So far I’m impressed. I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin but I have pretty good skin anyway and use a full regimen of skin care products. It’s a good product and you get a lot of capsules for the reasonable price. Recommend.

So even tho I donât see the difference for hair and nails, I noticed my boobs bigger and perkier! I didnât think it was this until I read another comment about it and saw the same thing. So would definitely buy again for that result ð
