Effective and high quality
These are a great supplement for healthy hair, skin & nails. While I recently chopped my long locks, I had hair down past my shoulder blades that continuously grew healthy and thick. Love these vitamins!
I have these vitamins on my subscribe and save. I have been using them for quite some time and truly notice results. Well worth the price, very affordable considering the high quality ingredients. Pills are a pretty pink and nourish my hair skin and nails. My nails used to bend funny and break easily but this is no longer the case. So much new hair growth too. Highly recommend! WORKS! but CAUTION!
I started using these about two months ago. after the first month i already saw so many baby hairs. i also changed my shampoo and conditioner to natural products that are suited to my hair type so i expect that also helped. mostly the supplements though because ive changed hair products a million times and its never grown this good and fast.CAUTION:donât take all three at the same time, it causes a headache. i take one in the morning with my daily vitamins and other supplements and then two when i get home from work (9 hr shift) by themselves and no headache. i learned the hard way. itâs caused by too much of the nutrients at the same time, its too hard for the body to process and most of the excess is just peed out in neon pee. so itâs a bit hard on the kidneys as well as other organs as well. just a tip.

Caused WEIGHT GAIN?
First off, let me start by saying these pills are so easy to swallow and donât taste bad at all. I will agree the bottle has a little chemical-like scent to it but after taking these, my hair seems healthier⦠BUT I have stopped taking them bc I definitely canât say theyâve helped my skin or nails at all. The worst side effect is that these caused me to gain some weight. Like stubborn weight. Diet, exercise, crying⦠nothing nothing was helping!! After re-discussing with doctor, they suggested the amount of some of ingredients (especially the collagen) and the coconut oil may be to blame. Not to say this will happen to you, but this is my honest review after taking them daily for about 6 months and unfortunately they didnât work for me.TLDR; consult with your doctor before and during the duration youâre taking them and if you arenât feeling or noticing any positive difference within a few weeks, stop.
