Hope it works
Been using alot of omega supplements lately and you really can’t tell if its working or not, but since im a veteran every time I go for lab work at the V.A my blood work is always great so i think its working and the price is right for me, quality is good,no fish smell to them, taste you can’t tell nothing fishy,ease of use.

I’m not taking fish oil supplements to treat any specific issues, just because they are widely recommended for maintaining health, brain health specifically. I take 2x a day in the morning, and not with a meal. Incidentally, I take Vit. D and Magnesium at the same time. I also have some sort of tinned fish product three times a week, on average.I’ve noticed no benefit from taking them – including taking this brand faithfully for more than a year. I can say that there are no unambiguous side effects. No discomfort in the stomach, no inflammation, no immediate fishy smell to my breath or even after hard exercise. So regardless of whether they are doing me any good, they don’t appear to be doing me any harm.It’s been the same for me with any fish oil supplement. Therefore I’d recommend these if you need a supplement of this kind. I’ll probably order them again.

I really like these supplements because you get the three Nine omega! They do not have a fishy taste or smell, which I really like. The size I donât think itâs too big and is pretty easy to swallow for how smooth they are. I do like the fact that after taking them for a few months, I have seen better results on my blood work. I would recommend!

Great source of Omega 3-6-9
I love this product by Horbaach. It was the first one I tried from this company. I like that the product is purified to eliminate mercury do not use any artificial color, flavor , sweeteners or preservatives. Recommended dose is 3 per day with a meal. Cuts down on the burping. Occasionally I have a little oily burp but it is minimal. I’m on my third bottle of 240 and coming up on 240 days of use. My doctor likes the results, too.
