While I find my hair doesnât hold a curl of this size well, Iâm in love with this curling iron! I love the design and coloring, and that it takes a fraction of the time to heat up as some of my other curling irons do. The quality is honestly very nice and itâs a bargain of a deal when youâre talking about value for your money. Itâs a longer barrel, so it might not be quite as easy to travel with as some of the shorter barrels, but I love this for long hair! 10/10 would recommend.

I have had many different makes and models of hair curlers, and this one is the best I’ve ever had ! It’s really a good one. It’s so well made, not too heavy, has different heat settings which is good for fine hair like mine. It’s a little longer barrel than I’m used to but I’m getting on to it and I think I like the longer one better. This was a little more expensive than the others I’ve had but I believe thats why it’s better made. I recommend it!

This is a good iron. Heats up fast and has several heat settings. What i donât care for is the barrel length. But my fault for not reading g the description better. It is very long. And the cord has to be unwound several times while using it. Gets kinked up.

Looks just like it should and works great! I always have difficulty getting a small enough curler full of hair to keep it on the roller as my hair is long, layered and thick. This fits the bill. With the glove I can hold onto the hot part to get the ends properly on the iron without getting burned. It is long enough the hair doesn’t fall off before I get it all rolled up. I am so. happy I took a chance on it. It is much bigger and longer than I am used to but it works so well I don’t mind at all. It really was not hard to learn to use it. A free tip – to help my curls last longer as my hair if heavy and thick, I quickly roll it in a regular roller after taking it off the curling iron. It keeps it up and out of my way while I work on the rest of my hair. If I let it all set that way for about 5 minutes, the curls last much longer.

Ordered the 2â curling iron.Pros: Color combination, finishes, temp control, longer barrel for long hair, good priceI really liked the longer barrel in this curling iron, it made a difference with the quality of the curls on long hair.Cons: Temp control button location, top heavyThereâs one Design flaw, the placement of the heating control buttons. Since the barrel is longer it makes the curling iron heavier which requires a tighter grip so it doesnât fall out of your hands. The issue is that the temperature buttons end up under your palm which causes the buttons to be pushed and the temp fluctuating accordingly. I have fine hair and need the lowest temp to avoid damaging/drying my hair and found myself accidentally pushing the temp buttons up. It doesnât take much for the curling iron to get super hot. I personally struggled with this issue and could not figure out another way to hold it where this wouldnât happen. One other area of concern is the short cool tip at the end, it is very small and difficult to use without burning your fingers. If this tip could be a little longer it would help grab the heavier barrel and if the temp control buttons would be switched so the buttons are coser to the barrel it would make for an awesome curling iron.Unfortunately for me the Cons determined this is not the right product for my needs.

It’s easy to hold, the clamp holds my hair an it doesn’t slide out easily, consistent heat, I accidentally touched it and because it’s ceramic it just bit me but I didn’t have a burn at all lol. I’m very happy with it, it doesn’t frighten me like some hair tools hahah My hair looks great, it only takes me 35 minutes to curl my hair and that’s with me getting distracted a lot. So, I curl the ends under with a thick curling iron, make little curls around or in front of my ears with this curling iron and then smash the rest flat with a flat iron.This iron heats up *very* quickly, it clamps small amounts of hair nicely and curls very quickly. These curls last.The iron has several heat settings depending on your hair’s texture and thickness. As I only use it for a few curls I set it quite high. You may want a lower heat setting if curling your entire head regularly to avoid heat damage.Caveats: the metal wire to rest the iron on surfaces often doesn’t hold perfectly, so set the wire holder before you heat the iron.Also, the clamp works better near the base of the iron. I have burned my ear because the barrel is a bit too long, as I have to clamp small amounts of hair at the base of the iron.It would be a better iron if the barrel were shorter.Use the heat glove, as unwinding long curls gets a bit tricky.All in all its a good iron for small, tighter curls. I can get a cute “70s look” ponytail with side curls in a short period of time. Or, curl little wisps around the edges when I put my hair up.It does what it’s made to do and does it quickly.

However, if the clamp/clip was any tighter it may cause dents around the top of the hair line. For me, if the clamp were any tighter and combined with my lack of proper technique, I think it may lead to weird dents at my hairline. Overall – this is a great hair tool for all lengths, textures, and thickness of hair types. You can create volume and fullness easier than with a flat iron. Also, because the barrel is so big, it smooths hair faster than with a flat iron. Heats up fast and hot temps of 450 F. I purchased this over 8 months ago – I use it about 3-4 times a week – and it is still working brilliantly!
