Amazing.
I recently took the MSR Hubba Hubba 2 tent on a canoeing and hiking trip to Tahquamenon Falls State Park and was thoroughly impressed. As a bigger guy, I need gear that’s both lightweight and durable. This tent, weighing just over three pounds, was incredibly easy to unpack and set up, making it perfect for a quick setup after a long day on the water or trails. Even in rough weather, it held up remarkably well, thanks to its high-quality materials and solid construction. While the price might seem steep, the MSR Hubba Hubba 2 is worth every penny. Its waterproof coating, smooth zippers, and sturdy poles ensured I stayed dry and comfortable throughout the trip. This tent made the breathtaking experience at Tahquamenon Falls even better, providing a reliable and comfortable shelter. If you’re serious about your outdoor adventures, investing in this tent is a no-brainer.

Great 2-man backpacking tent
This tent is just super-high quality. Every piece of hardware, the quality of the construction, the design. The tent is nice and light, compact when rolled up. It goes up really quickly with a unique pole system. Rain fly is awesome with the enclosed wings on both sides for packs. Zipper system in both the tent and the rain fly allow super easy access for both occupants. It is a backpacking tent, so space is not incredible, but for a backpacking tent it truly sleeps two comfortably. The unique design allows for great shoulder/head room when sitting up. Just a well thought out tent that I hope lasts me a lifetime!

Awesome tent amazing customor Service
Iâm a hardcore camper and a backpacker , I have more than 20 different tents in my garage and I recently Purchased this tent for my 14 days Alaska backpack trip but unfortunately on my first day of using the tent the zipper on the main entrance on the tent just came right off . nothing big deal I just couldnât close the tent completely , but I Survived and when I came back I sent it back and they refunded me my money in full and the same day I got another one of the Exact same tent . The tent is super easy to set up / very sturdy and super light / after having experience with so many tents this is by far one of the best tents out there in the market . Everything about this tent is a must have tent . Hopefully this new one will stay with me for years and years

Light and Fast
Easy to set up. Lighter than expected. No condensation problems. Two kitty-corner doors in tent match two doors in fly. Like that the fly doors zip from the corner of the tent not the middle. Nice size vestibule. Excellent headroom. White tent material gets dirty fast. Bathtub wash with a bit of gentle soap got it looking new again.

Not worth the price.
Very disappointed in this tent. I actually hated it. First it does not come with a footprint, so I used my Marmont one. It didn’t fit/adjust right so the bottom of my tent was wet in spots with the morning dew. (If MSR intended for only their footprint to be used then include it with the purchase of the tent, just first frustration.) I took this tent on a 7-day bike ride and chose it because of the light weight. It was easy to put up and take down each night, one good thing I can say. But the design made you have to sleep right smack dap in the middle or you were hugging the side all night, which brings me to the main reason I hated it. It was so HOT. It says all weather, but there are only two small mesh vents on top of tent, I could not get any breeze unless I unzipped the rainfly, which then brought in the bugs. It was also slippery; I slid all over during the night and never did get a good rest. I would NOT recommend.

Spacious but lightweight!
We have camped a few times with this tent and have had a great experience with it. The two entrances are elite when you’re sharing the tent with someone. Easy to set up and break down, and it has convenient pockets on the inside as well. Haven’t tested it backpacking yet!

Broken poles/ updated after buying another
Recieved the tent today excited how light it was but most all the poles were broken unable to set up tent in my living room. Are you kidding me. I paid $ 420.00 for such flimsy poles that would never fair in the country. WOW MSR WOW back it goes same day! Also pole bag was ripped. I reordered the tent and poles look great.

The Hubba Hubba is a great lightweight 2 man tent. Easy to setup and enough room for both of you. Dual vestibule design is great.

Utilisé pour le tour du Lac St-Jean en vélo. Cher mais vaut le coût.

It was torn after a few times of use. Try to email their warranty and repair, however no one reply ever after. And I found there are lots of similar complaints to the company.
