Better fit and more secure than Eyeseals
Two things: You can position the eye cups so they are just the right distance apart, and the Velcro strap keeps the mask in position much better than the elastic strap on the Eyeseals mask that I have used for the past 3 years. I have a small head, and the strap on the Eyeseals slid down the back of my head no matter how tight I pulled it. The Blinkjoy can be adjusted much snugger, and it has a sort of non-skid rubber strip on the inside of the strap, which also helps keep it in position. Additional benefit: the silicon eye cups can be removed and washed separately, which I find easier than washing the whole mask every morning. Fitting tip: remove the cups from the strap. Lie on your back, and place the cups over each eye so they are correctly positioned. Feel where the indentation for your nose is on the strap; balance the strap on your nose, then lower the strap down and press against the eye cups so they stick to the strap. This worked best for me after a couple of failed tries at getting the cups in the right place. Problems: Not severe problems, but FYI, it took me some practice to figure out the best way to position the strap relative to my ears (behind? above?). Also I would not call the Blinkjoy wonderfully comfortable; it takes some getting used to; but I don’t think it’s any more uncomfortable than the Eyeseals, and it definitely provides a better seal because of the correctly positioned eyecups.

Worth every penny
I must admit that this is one of a kind product. It was not cheap to import it to Europe frome the US but the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. Despite the fact I still suffer from dry eye, my condition improved immediately. My eyes no longer hurt in the morning and that is a huge improvement. Fit is pretty good, easily adjustable although tricky to get it right. If done right one can even see moisture droplets on the silicone in the morning meaning the seal was perfect. I was always sensitive to light during sleep so the fact that I am able to completely block the light is a nice bonus. I would definitely buy this again. The idea is so simple yet ingenious.

Blinkjoy Moisture Retaining Sleep Mask
I use this mask to help relieve my dry eyes. The thing I wish could be better is the thing I canât really fault it for, because it warned buyers right in the description. That is the fact that if you are a side sleeper, it will allow air in on that side. I fasten it as tightly as possible to help avoid it, and that can help. It can really help the side I donât sleep on. And I must say it really helps overall! I put Optase Hylo nighttime dry eye ointment in my eyes under in, and run a humidifier, and it all really helps. Iâm much better now than I was before I bought the mask! I simply wish it could solve for side sleeping. Iâve seen something sold by âThe Dry Eye Shopâ that claims to solve for side sleeping, and I can see how it would – it just doesnât look as comfortable as this mask, and they sell this mask too. Overall itâs really my only not positive feature, so I would recommend it otherwise. Comfortable, works well if youâre not a side sleeper, even works ânot badâ for side sleeper.Just know where you stand when you buy it.

Best silicone eye mask.
This eye mask is simply the best on the market, that I have found. I see a lot of people complaining that the headband is not comfortable. This doesnât really matter because you can separate the silicone cups from the headband. They have velcro on the back. So, you can place a piece of velcro tape onto any headband and put the cups on a different one. My personal favorite is shown here. Its the Lululemon sleep mask. Its so soft and comfortable. I place the eye cups from Blinkjoy on it. My opthamologist said that my corneas looks so healthy! Thank you for creating this product.

Not for dry eye sufferers or CPAP users
I really wanted to like these. I use a silicon version from a different Vendor, and I have to replace them every couple of months, as do most other customers. So when I saw someone recommending these, I had to try them out. My dry eyes are down to Sjogren’s Syndrome and quite seriously dry. I also have to use a CPAP.These look great. The fabric is very nice, and the silicon eye beds are well made. It’s all nicely packaged. Great option to include a second set of silicon eye beds so they last longer. Easy to assemble, beds labelled L and R. All good. Man, I was excited to try them.However, I tried them, and two things mean I have to return them: (a) my eyelashes hit the silicon beds at the end, so I can’t blink without discomfort. In other words, the silicon beds are not deep enough. In REM sleep, anything that puts pressure on eyes or lashes is going to wake you up. Ok, so how would they be for someone with very short lashes? Maybe ok. But if you’ve got average sized lashes, it’s a no, and (b) No good with a CPAP. The strap interferes with the head gear and as soon as you move, or turn onto your side, a gap opens, which you can’t prevent whether you put these in inside or outside the CPAP straps.Sorry! Suggestion for the company? Start making the same silicon eye-mask/goggles as the only other company out there that currently makes them. Include a spare strap (because these always fail) just like you included spare silicon beds – it was a lovely touch. If. you can do this, you’ve got a winner because they have an exclusive corner on the market, and like many other reviewers of that product, I have to believe the fail every two months (at $60/pair) profit margin means they don’t have any incentive to improve their design.
