Good Product
I bought the 3L version of this bladder. I needed a water bladder for my hiking backpack. My Osprey backpack has a pouch for the bladder and a slit to run the water tube out. This bladder fit perfectly. The bite valve is a little odd to use. First you have pull it to open a valve, then bite it and suck the water out. A bit odd, but once you figure it out, it is OK. The bite valve also has a cap which is very handy and keeps it out of the dirt when you take your pack off. The Quality is as good as the CamelBak bladders I have, but at a lower cost. Worth the price for sure.

Great product!
Was looking for a bag that did not leak while running and this works perfectly. Great material and super competitive price.
Plus loved the bandana and little thank you card.

Works OK at a good price point
I have several packs with bladder pockets but I’ve never bought a bladder until now. I saw this one on sale and decided to bite the bullet. My thinking was that I could wear it when I ride my motorcycle so that I wouldn’t have to pull over to grab a drink of water.
The good news is that almost everything about the bladder is fine. The fill hole is huge, which makes the bladder easy to fill. It seems plenty robust, the water I put in it has no weird smells or flavors, and the drinking hose is more than long enough for my pack.
The only minor drawback is the drinking valve at the end of the hose. You have to bite it to get it to flow water, which is good because it keeps the hose from constantly dribbling. However, I find that the valve is erratic– most of the time it works fine, other times I have to bite it a couple of times or reposition it between my teeth to get water to flow. I’m hoping that either the valve breaks in, or that I get better at activating the valve over time.
But that’s a minor nuisance, and the bladder itself works fine. The valve is too long for me to stuff it under my motorcycle helmet and into my mouth unless I flip up the chin guard (I have a hybrid full face/open helmet that allows me to do this), but that’s not a problem. If I come to a stop I can flip my helmet open without removing it, take a drink, and snap it shut again in a few seconds. It works a lot better than I thought it would and is very convenient. I can do it one-handed so my other hand can stay on the clutch lever, which is nice.
I find that the 2L size is perfect for me. It holds about the same volume of water as 2 of my Nalgene bottles, or about as much as my Klean Kanteen. That’s about half a day’s worth of water for me, so I can ride, hike, walk around, or whatever without worrying about refilling. It’s also more convenient to pack than my 64 oz. Klean Kanteen because it lays flat and conforms to my back. It’s easier to fill the pack around the bladder, and since I don’t have to worry about taking it back out to drink, I don’t have to constantly rearrange the contents of my bag.
For you hikers and campers, there may be another advantage to an inexpensive bladder like this. A few years ago I saw that someone had added an inline water filter (a Sawyer, I think) to the drinking hose of their bladder. I believe there are adapters available to do this. You cut the hose and install the filter between the cut ends. Then you can fill the bladder with water from streams and lakes without worrying about microorganisms, etc. I haven’t done this (and probably won’t any time soon), but if I was so inclined, I’d rather do it to a $12 water bladder than something more expensive.
Longevity is still an unknown, but the bag seems quite durable so I’m not worried. I do have to remember to not pack anything sharp near it, but that hasn’t been a problem, even with a chronic over-packer like me. Given the convenience that this bladder offers, I’m glad I finally got one.

Customer Service came through wonderfully
I am updating my original review (below) because the company came through in a big way. Even though the timeframe to return the damaged Water Bladder had expired, the company contacted me and offered a new replacement or a full refund. It wasn’t very expensive to begin with, so I figured it was lost money, but true to their word, the refunded me the full purchase price. Hey, mistakes happen sometimes in production and I guess I got a defective Water Bladder originally. But it takes concern for the customer to go out of their way and be so proactive about it. So now I am changing my rating to 5 stars because I just don’t experience that kind of outstanding customer service too often anymore.
I bought this well in advance of a hike on the Appalachian Trail. I took the hike on May 20th after the window to return the item closed. Two hours into the hike, it sprung a leak and was useless. The Bladder came with instructions on how to deal with issues after purchase. I tried calling the number several times and the call immediately disconnects. I’m not sure if that is their problem or mine but I think it is theirs. Don’t wast your money on this useless product. Sometimes you purchase something in advance because you don’t want to wait until the last minute. I had filled the bag before the hike and did not notice any problems but the first time using it was a disaster.

Quality Product. Easy to Use.
Honestly, I have never used one of these before in my life until I purchased this one and now I understand why so many people use them.
To begin with, it was very nicely packed and did in fact come with the face covering. It was easy to understand how it set up and use it. The material is very durable, yet lightweight so you aren’t adding to many pounds onto your back. The top of it opens and closes very easily. I have not experienced any leaking with it.
I thought it was going to be more clear than it is, but the green reduces the visibility inside. Not too much, but just enough.
The size of this water bag easily fit in my 35L backpack and even as a full bag, it was easy to get back out. The hose also ran through the backpack pretty easily. No discomfort when packing it. And no discomfort when drinking from it.
I do like that this one helps prevent bacteria. That was probably the main reason that I decided on this particular one instead of the countless other ones.
Anyways, take it from a noob- get this reservoir!

Easy to clean and doesnât leak
I really like how easy it is to clean. The mouth piece is good. Iâve seen better and worse mouth pieces. Did not leak on me in 2 mtn bike sessions. Wish the tube was insulated but no complaints for price and quality.

does not fit kids camelback
I must have misunderstood the sizing. This doesn’t fit a kids camelback. The design is functional, the bag is quality material with a strong water seal, and a cap to cover the mouth piece. My kids can easily work the vessel, but it’s too large for their camelback. It’s as difficult to clean and as durable as any other brand of bladder, but it is significantly cheaper!
