It works the same as any other brand name.The water tray is a little awkward to fill and put back on the unit, no problem, just awkward because of the shape.It rattles more than the others. It makes me wonder how long it will last.They give you two tips: one for irrigation and one for cleaning around implants and bridge work. The difference: a stronger stream of water (due to narrower tip) on the implant and bridge work tip.

I’ve been using this product for many years for oral hygiene. It is the best product on the market by far in terms of tooth and gum cleaning. However, Hydrofloss needs to seriously improve their quality control. These machines used to last 5-7 years but no longer. My last one needed repair after 9 months.Also, the sulcus tips are great for a focused stream of water but they only last a week at most before the water stream loses “umpf.” This should also be improved.
