I take these right before night and I’m losing weight pretty quickly. Which is an added Plus because all I got them for was blood sugar levels and they are very effective at helping with that. You should still consult a doctor but these are pretty good.

Not very effective
I saw an add for this on YouTube and gave it a shot. It was supposed to control glucose. I wear a constant glucose monitor and found every time I took a dose of this supplement my glucose went very high and took hours to recover. Stopped taking it after 3 days.
