Accurate and beyond simple to use
I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. As a result, my pulse is highly variable from standing to sitting and depending on temperature. Not only that, but I have asthma and anxiety. Some days, with all the biofeedback I’m getting, it’s hard to process what’s coming from my body and what’s in my head. It’s incredibly helpful for me to be able to see a readout letting me know if my SpO2 is actually low or if I’m just anxious about something. No more “just in case” albuterol doses for me. It’s also wonderful to be able to track my heart-rate and have an easy way to gauge when it’s gone back into normal range from a spike.Pros: The instructions are VERY detailed and easy to follow. I work in healthcare and have used a variety of pulse oximeters. They’re not always as intuitive as this one (i.e. those awful clunky red things that have six buttons and none of them are labeled with anything helpful). The parameters are variable for your own personal needs (my SpO2 is often low and my heart rate is often high, so it’s nice to not get an alarm every single time I use the device). The size is compact and easy to throw in a backpack or purse. The view is changeable for comfort (and it’s easy to do so since there’s only the one button). I haven’t heard the alarm yet so I can’t speak to that, but the tone for the pulse tracker is pretty unobtrusive. So that’s reassuring.Cons: Seems very sleek and shiny, which at face value is wonderful, but in the long term makes me wish the product came with a case. The lanyard is great and all, but it would be more handy to protect the product (I think) than be able to hang it off something.Overall? An amazing product and I’m glad I bought it. I can’t speak to the durability or battery life since I only purchased it recently, but so far it’s wonderful.

OMG! This is the best oximeter I have ever used! I have had several different brands and this one is the most reliable one I’ve ever used. Easy to use, seems accurate…
Super easy to use… choice of displays and position so you never have to read it upside-down or sideways, regardless of which side you have it one or if it’s on someone else. Most others also don’t include perfusion index. It’s so easy my little kids can use it (for fun/curiosity) and it shuts itself off. It seems well built and I’ve been using it for over a year now. Apparently doesn’t need too much power â still using the same battery!With regards to accuracy, all I can say is, it is showing the same %SpO2 as what was being displayed on the Philips Vitals display… not as cool and “smart” like the Masimo but it’s an order of magnitude less expensive.

Clarity in confusing situations.
I love Innovo products and this pulse oximeter doesn’t disappoint! I spend a fair amount of time in the boonies, often with minimal shelter. This product provides a great peace of mind and critical information when you have a potential patient, allowing me to focus on addressing the core issue and relay accurate information to primary care if needed. Accuracy and Ease of Use
I am a retired critical care RN who used pulse oximetry products in very acute settings for many years. I then spent some time as a medical equipment consultant recommending the various pulse oximetry technologies to be used in hospitals and out of hospital settings. I bought the Innovo Fingertip Pulse Oximeter last year for personal use and then ended up giving it to a relative. I’ve just bought the exact device as a replacement. This device has several features that clinicians use as indicators of accuracy including the plethysmograph and the Perfusion Index. While I don’t personally use the alarm feature it is great to have if you need to do continuous monitoring on someone who has an SpO2 that is low. The different display modes are a ‘nice to have’ feature.
