Im not a therapists, but I sure want to understand the dynamics of improving couple problems for everyone cause it sucks to be so in the dark . this book is excellent , so respectful of hurt and angry parts of the individuals in couples, applicable to all types of couples. advice on intervening when necessary and guiding the couple to solve difficult problems. Not useful
I bought this because it was described as a workbook. The conversations featured are really specific, and are not widely applicable to a range of situations. I did not find the workbook aspect of it helpful at all because it’s too specific. I hope this would be a supplement to my group and family therapy textbook examples, but it wasn’t useful.

This is a good product, but the Audiobook has a lot missing compared to the hard copy version. Pages 26 to 58 are missing from the audiobook.
