Stiff foam with a little give
The foam is lightweight enough that it would be easy to carry around with you, but stiff enough that it holds up to use and does not deform much. The foam has enough give to it that it doesn’t feel hard and it doesn’t hurt. I can only push the surface in a fraction of an inch, though, maybe 1/8″.The foam looks like the Styrofoam you might see in a cheap cooler or as packing material, but it’s a totally different kind of foam. It is very dense. I can poke my finger into it and not only does my finger barely depress the foam, but I can’t leave a mark in the foam. Now, if I were trying to use this outside and put it on a stone, I’m sure I could probably damage the roller. For normal indoor use, though, it will hold up to a lot of use.It makes a good roller and I don’t have any complaints about it. As long as you’re looking for a roller with a smooth surface, I think this could be a good choice.

Hard on the back. Literally.
Its very high density, but it has zero give⦠if it was a piece of plastic or metal pipe, I donât know if Iâd know the difference. If your back is a little sensitive, I might recommend wrapping this with a towel or piece of foam. The ideal would be a neoprene âsockâ you could remove and clean and which would provide just a little give. Itâs OK, but Iâve had others that were more comfortable for the same value. Your call.

Strong and dense yet lightweight
This roller is very dense feeling! It is super strong and not easily damaged. But it is also super light and easy to maneuver. Very easy to use in my routine.

Works as intended but nothing special
This is basically a roller for exercising. You can use it for various exercises or simply just stretching. There is a variety of ways to use it but I use it for arm and back stretching and pre workout or in prep for yoga. It is quite TOUGH so to speak in regards to firmness that although it is lightweight it wont break or snap easily as far as i can tell from using it.It does feel it runs a size small for maybe a tinier built person. Me as someone over six feet tall just feels like it could be a lot bigger. Comes with a few random stickers and that’s about it. It works as intended but honestly its nothing super exciting or special but I will definitely fit it into my exercising regimen.

Works well just a little short
I have worn out many of rollers so I thought I would not buy an expensive one. This one does not disappoint. I like hard rollers the have just enough give when rolling over hip joints. The circumference is the right size to get leverage and apply the right pressure. my only complaint is the length. It is shorter than I like. Otherwise, this is a good product for the cost.

Lightweight but strong
This foam roller has a good resilience to loading, so you can literally sit on it to roll the muscles from your hamstrings down to your feet and it won’t dent or deflect (I weigh under 200lbs, though, so I can’t speak for heavier individuals). It is very light and can easily ride along with your yoga mat to class, or sit on a shelf with the yoga blocks. The black color is professional looking and the label on the side is inoffensive. The one I received came with a small resistance band, too, in a good size for leg stretches. Not impressed with the company website, which looks like someone typed “design an inspirational website” into an AI chatbot, but the product is good and arrived well wrapped in a clean shrink-wrap packaging.

Small but does the job
This is a very small and lightweight foam roller. However it does the job to get into those muscles. Being so compact, it would be great for travel.

Good Basic Foam Roller
This foam roller is a harder Styrofoam type material. It’s hard enough to apply pressure and roll out muscles which feels nice and helps with stretching and soreness. This is like what you see in most stores as a foam roller. I like that it comes with the additional band accessory.
