Diffuser issues
I would definitely buy products from Gama again as I had problems with the diffuser shortly after I stated using and I went through two diffuser and they would not stay on dryer and I emailed company and they are replacing dryer with a newer model and also sending free flat iron as well.

Attachments Fly Off Constantly
Although this is a lightweight blow dryer which is great, DO NOT BUY this dryer if you like to use the attachments. They fly off of the blow dryer constantly. This is a huge defect of this dryer, and I reached out to the manufacturer about this, and although I am sure they are well aware of this, they did nothing.

The nozzles will fly off
I love everything about this blow dryer EXCEPT that the nozzles will not fully secure, I need to make sure they are pressed on super tight before every blow dry or they will go flying across the salon and sometimes, even if I do double check, they will still fly! I contacted customer service and after sending photos and a video of me showing that they wonât secure they finally sent replacement nozzles but they are exactly the same and they still fly off. I know the new models have magnetic ones but beware, this model does not!

Although I love how late this dryer is the magnetized diffuser is poorly designed . It falls off as soon as the dryer gets hot. iâm not entirely sure Iâm going to keep it.

I am a cosmetologist and bought this blow dryer for my business! Everytime I start to blow dry my client the nozzle/director attachment shoots of in the first minute of drying my clients hair and hits them in the head!!! So ANNOYING!!!
