Okay, I’ve read the other reviews — let’s get to the heart of the matter.Why would you buy a product like this? You buy it because you’re trying to add additional protein to your diet. This is exactly what it does. You’ve got to hydrate anyway, right? This provides 20 grams of protein in a lemony flavored drink. (I say “lemony” because that’s exactly what the flavor is; it’s not a strong citrusy lemonade.)Now, as to the foaming when you first shake it up: Yes, it’s gonna foam. That’s the nature of this type of product. It happens with “Protein2O” and other similar clear whey protein drinks. Is it objectionable? I don’t think so. Understand that you won’t be drinking it immediately after mixing… you have to let it sit for a minute and then shake it up again. Heck, I usually repeat the process two or three times. But then it’s fine, all mixed up and ready to drink.I’m happy with it, but I wish it didn’t cost so much. I try to get protein drinks for about $1 per 20 grams; this ends up being more like $1.50.
