SO VERY FIRM
I wanted something more eco friendly and smaller than my foam roller so I ordered this. I was so excited I prematurely gave away my foam roller. Whoops. This one is SO FIRM it’s actually pretty hard to use comfortably on my neck or back and so I don’t use it as much as I did my foam one.Great for my legs which can handle more pressure than my spine.Has a shark on it which was a bonus for me.I let the return window close thinking I’d get used to the pressure but I just never have. Now it sits in the corner and I have to come up with another use for it.If firm pressure isn’t for you, I’d skip the cork.

While the balls have just a little bit of cork give making them feel slightly cushioned and not so harsh.I did however return the cork travel roller because this feels like it is made of concrete and no where near as soothing as the balls.You won’t get anywhere solving a problem while creating a different one.
