Inspirational messages with lots of opportunity for coloring fun on heavyweight perforated paper
This is my second book of coloring designs by artist Joy Ting for Peter Pauper Press. There are 31 designs with inspirational messages that that have lots of abstract designs surrounding and inside of the words on the page. The designs range from fairly easy to color to much more complex and a number of them have fairly thick black lines with them. Thirty of the sayings are simply that while one is attributed to Confucius.The pages are a heavyweight white paper. This is fantastic as my pencils, gel pens, and ultra fine markers (except for alcohol based markers) do not bleed through on this paper. The designs are printed on only one side with the back side left blank, so if you are using regular markers or watercolors, you can put an extra page in between just in case some color leaches through.The pages are perforated and are extremely easy to remove. The paper is also acid-free which means that the paper will not turn colors with age and all the work you put into coloring the designs will be safe. Additionally, the binding easily lies flat and gives you access to make coloring in this book and easy and fun thing to do.It is a inspirational and fun book to color in and the heavy, bold lines make it easy to put my colors in exactly the right spot.

I was looking for something to do to relax and release some stress in a Healthy way So I decided to color why color? This adult colouring book has given me hours of pleasure and been an absolute Godsend ! I suffer from a chronic illness that is extremely painful and it has enabled me to enjoy something outside of the pain as a distraction from it. As I lose myself in what I’m doing I realise that I haven’t thought about pain for some time. The quality of the paper is amazing and I am going to frame some of my work. It is so relaxing and I highly recommend it as a peaceful pastime.

Bought these for christmas and birthday gifts! They are great for adults and probably children alike, just have to be careful as some of the books i did buy are a bit “rude” but this one is okay. Great for a calming distraction, sit and colour as much or as little as you like!
