Great CVC magnets!
I love these magnets for practicing CVC (consonant vowel consonant) words directly in the whiteboard. Kids can have them on the board and then either use magnetic letters or a dry erase marker to sound out and write the word.These magnets are nice and thick and easy to grab on to. It doesnât look or feel like the picture is going to peel off. And it has a good mix of words with different consonants and vowels used. The size is perfect, you can easily tell what the pictures are, and the colors are vibrant. My kids have had fun using them.

These are a great little teaching tool to use in a small group. Because they are small, I would not recommend using them for a whole group. After using them in a small group, I can give them to my students to work with at their seats. They can be used for a variety of activities as students learn to read and write. Helpful for teaching phonics. A box of the actual objects would be better, but the pictures work fairly well. A few of the pictures are hard to determine what it is supposed to be a picture of.

I am a parent and teacher and these little magnets are so fun. I use the science of reading in my teaching and we use these for sounding out cvc words in class and my 4 year old loves them sounding out words on the fridge at home as well. I bought the letters that go with them but I think the magnets on their own would have been just fine because students use whiteboard markers to write the words. Either way super fun and cute.

The magnets are of great quality and are the right size for what I needed in the classroom. Graphics are very cute. Package arrived quite late and I thought it was lost until it miraculously showed up. I got them on sale, but upon reflection these are probably too expensive. I got some cheaper similar magnets from another company that are pretty much the same and my students seem to prefer them. If you are a teacher trying to follow science of reading (sor) or a program like ufli or heggerty, you will probably like these.
